Maison Bistro & Hotel Reviews

This was my second visit to this hotel. Maison Bistro is a lovely establishment. It is cute and stylish. The location is perfect to wander on foot in the Buda Castle district. The staff is professional, efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and very well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and various options à la carte were available too. We also enjoyed a nice diner menu that was offered for an affordable price to onboard guests. The meal was well presented and every dish very yummy. I would definitely recommend this place to any traveller who is looking forward to have a special experience in Budapest.

The location is right in the castle, very convenient, with the bus stop at the door. The service staff are very considerate, the breakfast is very delicious, and we have our own small yard where we can enjoy a cup of afternoon tea very comfortably.

The hotel is near the Fisherman's Bastion. It is on a mountain and not in the downtown area. It is inconvenient to drag luggage without taking a taxi. The room is relatively small, the bed and pillows are soft, and the sanitary products are all L'Occitane. It is not good that there is no kettle in the room. Special praise is that breakfast can be eaten from 8 o'clock to 11 o'clock, which is great. There is not much to do in Budapest. It's just the right time to go out for brunch at noon. Breakfast is a staple food (we ate four kinds in two days, and finally I caught a train one day and got a breakfast box) + bread, meat, cheese and other buffet, which was very rich. The hotel staff are friendly and the service is very good!

The hotel is located in the famous tourist attraction Fishman's Castle and has a great atmosphere
