No toothpaste no shampoo no bath liquid washing machine not given except the price is okay nothing the waiter is not on watsupp to guide a complete no service to speak of. Luggage Storage If you need to before check-in need to pull yourself to a nearby laundry 100 RMB no matter how many hours 10 am must check out Luggage is not allowed to be placed in the living room or even not reply to messages again It was also surprising for someone like me who knew Europe well. When I arrived at the reception to check in and after I paid, I was informed that even though I booked a month ago, they did not have a room available and sent me to another address in a taxi at my expense. The cleanliness is bad, something fell under my bed and when I took it out it was full of lumps of dust. There is no air conditioner in the room. There is not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. I bought outside. Even the wifi didn't work. I was promised a shared balcony in the booking but I didn't have a balcony. A waste of money.
