It was great for hotel. Close to all transport and other amenities including one of Europe's largest shopping mall . Simple but done the job . Shower was amazing quality and the beds were quite comfortable. They work off a key in main door and then a door for your..

My husband and I went in June to spend 4 days in Budapest. When we arrived at about 11pm, no one was present at the reception, which is justifiable given the time. But no one was present even in the following days, if you were lucky you would find someone from 5 to 6 pm. The rest of the day there was not a soul. The room was dirty, the sheets dusty as well as the bedside tables and the desk in the room. I didn't sleep for two nights because I suffer from asthma and all the dust gave me an absurd cough all night. I had to take an antihistamine. The cleanings were not done. I deliberately left a handkerchief under my pillow, to find it in the same place where I left it in the evening. The bathroom was not cleaned, Towels not changed and no courtesy kit. Only two dispensers of those found in public toilets, both in the shower and next to the sink. It does not deserve to be considered a 3-star hotel. I give 2 stars only for the decent location. A few minutes from the center. I absolutely do not recommend it and in the future I would not choose it again.

Hotel in una posizione molto comoda, vicino la metro ed a molti servizi. Purtroppo ha alcuni difetti, primo fra tutti la pulizia ch lascia un po' a desiderare. C'erano capelli sui cuscini, nelle lenzuola ed in bagno. La reception c'è ma nel 90% dei casi è chiusa e potete entrare con un codice.

Situato in ottima posizione per visitare il centro della città, in una zona tranquilla. Si trova vicino alla stazione dei treni. Nella stanze sulle finestre sono applicate delle vetrofanie per nascondere la vista sui palazzi. Cassetta di sicurezza in camera. Riscaldamento un po' scarso, da compensare con l'inverter dell'aria condizionata (come consigliato dalla receptionist). Camera con arredamento datato. Decisamente un po' troppe le 3 stelle.

Sono arrivato in questo albergo venerdì 28 settembre 2023 , appena aperto la stanza si è sentito un forte odore di polvere, la dimostrazione l'ho avuta dopo , sporco ovunque , capelli e peli sparsi nel piccolo bagnetto , cuscino del letto singolo macchiato , polvere sopra l'armadio ed un frigobar staccato molto sporco . Camera insonorizzata malissimo , durante l'unica notte passata lì , sentivo benissimo il mio vicino di stanza russare ed alla mattina alle 6 quando ha acceso la piccola tv ho sentito tutto . Un'esperienza da non ripetersi mai più in questo albergo 3 stelle , alla reception il personale è presente dalle 5 di mattino alle 17 , nel caso di emergenze o altro bisogna contattare un numero di telefono. Un albergo che ha 3 stelle dovrebbe avere di base almeno la pulizia delle stanze ed offire il classico kit di cortesia , invece c'era solo il dispenser semi vuoto di sapone nella doccia ed a lato del microscopico lavandino . Altamente sconsigliato , una vera e propria delusione .

Posizione comoda , è possibile raggiungere con 10/15 minuti a piedi praticamente tutti i punti più famosi di Budapest, in alternativa è possibile prendere metro e taxi a 1 minuti dall hotel! ragazze della reception molto disponibili ma le troverete solamente tra re 10 e le 18 e per il check-in siamo stati costretti a rientrare in hotel visto l’orario,ma sempre disponibili a rispondere a chiamate e messaggi per qualsiasi esigenza.l’hotel da a disposizione il trasporto per l’aereo poi a un buon prezzo , quasi la metà di un taxi . Cambio degli asciugamani praticamente assente , in 4 notti che ho pernottamento non c’è mai stato il cambio, solo la terza sera hanno lasciato i asciuga ma grande in più . danno a disposizione tazze per acqu calda con caffè solubile e the , si , il problema è che lo mettono la prima notte è solo una bustina a testa e poi non riforniscono di niente e neppure cambiano le tazze , tazze sporche in stanza per 4 notti senza la possibilità di poter prendere una seconda volta nemmeno un thè caldo , frigo bar vuoto ! Shampo a disposizione ma solo una boccetta piccolissima a testa e messa a disposizione una sola volta .
