Old good hotel with no return for improvement! I booked for 3 days, check in in 6th floor , small room , double bed , with garbage in the drawer. Bed lights not working, I tried to reach reception, phone not working. So went down. Thank you for the changed room, spacious , double bed, AC not functional, lucky we still in good weather, so I kept the windows open. All noises can hear from outside the room, I didn’t have good sleep on first day. Feel but hot at night and lot of outdoor movements. I didn’t complain. Breakfast, on first day, at 9 am, everything is empty. Like 90% of the food is gone. Waiter just said, guests came all together. On 2nd day, I came to breakfast earlier to see the set up, was a lot better with 2 waitress, and new arrangement of buffet. 3rd day breakfast arrangements was again changed, I get tired for the staff to arrange the tables and buffet set up , 3 changes in 3 days. The hotel has great potential, they have 2 nice Elevators, internal wood fixtures are with nice wooden made. Lobby is dimmed, staffs are friendly. Location is not bad, and price is ok. ,

Super strange place. Unfriendly service. No cleaning of rooms between the nights. Breakfast is a joke. The rooms are worn out and extreamly untidey. Airconditioning do not work. If you mention something at the reception the answer: did you call last night? Did you try to fix it yourself?

Great location, within walking distance of tram, train and many restaurants. The hotel is being renovated and when entering is quite dark and old looking. The manager was everywhere(a little strange). The front desk staff were not helpful and spoke little english. The room was big with a nice view of the park in the courtyard. It didn't have tea/ coffee facilities. The bathroom was large but we had to put towels down because the water went everywhere when you showered. Not a great breakfast for the price

Very bad air in the room. The Windows couldn’t open, and the air condition did not work.. The interior was very old and dark. The breakfast wasnt very good either. I Won’t recommend this hotel..

I read the reviews and it was close to where I needed to be during my stay so booked this hotel. They take your money for the entire stay up-front. I arrived and checked in. Went to my room and found that that A/C was not working and as it was in the '90s, I asked to change rooms. The second room smelt musty and again the A/C wasn't working but it was late at night and I figured that all rooms would be the same so I didn't bother trying to get a different room. I just opened the windows to get some air in there. I looked in the mini-fridge and found it was not turned on and the bottom was covered in black mold. I left for my appoin**ents in the morning and when I returned to the hotel my room had not been cleaned but my suitcase had been cleaned-out. I noticed a trash liner sitting on top of my clothing in the suitcase and that several packets of cigarettes were missing from my bag. At that point I just packed up and left.
