Very old building. Old and outdated rooms, very tatty furniture and the elevator much more. When we arrived in the room there were no towels or toilet paper, so we had to ask for it at the reception. The bathroom does not have shower gel, so we had to go buy it. The room was located on the fifth floor. The window was not insulated, it overlooked an interior patio where the extractors from the opposite building worked day and night and were very noisy, so we could not leave the window open due to the heat and bad smells. As it was very hot we asked that they open the air conditioning and the answer was that they would not open it until the month of June and that was already the end of May. The room does not have chairs, we asked for one, since I suffer from back pain, they told us that they would bring it up for us and it was not like that, after claiming it on several occasions. Very fair cleaning. We stayed four nights and our towels were not changed. They charge you a deposit of €50 paid by card (they do not accept cash). Not recommendable. The best location.
