We were given a room for the handicapped with no reason. There was no place for putting towel or wash bag in the toilet. The room phone was not working. Overall, it’s not a five star hotel, maybe 3-4 stars.

My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel. It is beautiful throughout and the staff are incredible. The rooms seemed sound proof, clean and stocked with everything we need. We unfortunately didn't have a good view and the breakfast option was very standard but otherwise it was a lovely stay. My only other complaint was that the double bed weren't very comfortable but that can differ from person to person.

The room is huge, the hotel is beautiful, the restaurant is the best, there is a large portrait of Princess Sissi, next to the Parliament Building and the Chain Bridge, the location is very good
