The hotel gave us a room which its air conditioner was out of order. They failed to change another room for us. Instead of, they gave us a small fan as compensation while the fan was noisy but not cool. The door hinge of washroom was loose. The fridge was not cool. Attitude of reception is nice but useless in solving the problem. Even the fan was given under our request. A very bad experience.

Rooms smell really bad and the hotel is dirty. The reception for the check in is extremely slow, looks like they have no idea what they are doing.

Helpful and friendly staff, very clean and really good internet connection. Location is also really convenient where I saved a lot in taxi rides compared to my previous hotel.

La situación del hotel es inmejorable, en el pleno centro de la ciudad, a las entradas del barrio judio. Puedes ir a pie a muchos sitios importantes en la ciudad. También tienes todas las combinaciones posibles tanto de metro, buses, el autobus para el aeropuerto para allí mismo y tranvía.
En cuanto al propio hotel, para el precio que tiene, me esperaba mucho más. El hotel da a una callejuela, la habitación no era muy grande, el baño tampoco y además no muy bonito. a las 9 y 30 de la mañana entran en la habitación para hacer el servicio de habitaciones, si no quieres, hasta las 16h pueden hacerlo.
El baño pequeño y feo. Para el precio que pagamos, todo muy cutre, en el baño solo tienes las toallas y gel de baño, nada más. Y en la habitación lo mismo, ni un detalle y tampoco muy allá....
El desayuno es desde las 7h hasta las 10 y 30h, no está mal, bastante variedad y en un buen salón. También tiene gimnasio...bueno si a eso se le puede llamar gimnasio, una habitación pequeña con unas pocas máquinas y pesas.
Como he dicho, no está mal, pero no acorde al precio pagado. Los hay mucho mejores por el mismo precio y por menos.
