I booked this hotel, paid the money online.
When I arrived at the address, there is an entrance door and no information how to get inside. I started calling the number I've got with my reservation, but nothing. Then ctrip sent me another number. The man on the phone said: We don't have any rooms available, you can go to another hotel. When I said that I already paid, he didn't care and kept saying they are fully booked, go somewhere else. Thanks to the ctrip team, I got refund. But experience was very unpleasant with Central Avenue apar**ents.

They never answered and charged my card. According to Agoda.com the owner indicates that we never arrived, we sent photos and call records and they prefer to believe them and gave my card details to the apartment. In the bank statement it does not appear as a purchase from agoda but from central apart.
