The day I checked in on 18.1.25, write after 5 mins I came down to reception to complaint about toilet not draining and completely clogged with toilet rolls. Receptionist told me to wait for 1-2 hours and it will go, which didn’t happen till night. When I came to reception again the same night, other receptionist told me he will send someone from engineering on 19th to clean, no one came on 19th. When I went to reception on 19th morning, she told me no maintenance in house and it can only be fixed on Monday 20th. Lack of miss communication between team members can be seen here. They offered me to room moves but I denied because I already had my stuff unpacked in locker.
First 2 nights, I had to come downstairs to use toilet even at midnight. I was only offered a breakfast voucher for one day where in for a person who is vegetarian has near to 0 options except fruits, bread, yogurt, porridge.
I was in room 128.
I’m looking for some kind of compensation and would like manager to reach out to me at the earliest.
