This hotel gave the absolute best service~ from check-in to check-out, all hassle free. Rooms facing the courtyard was just great for me. Nice and quiet, even when I usually sleep with windows open since it’s not quite the aircon season yet.
There’s coffee machines in the room and internet is nice and fast.
Breakfast was okay, had everything one needed for breakfast.

The best hotel I’ve been lately! Breakfast, bathtub, hot water. Bed! Omg the bed is perfect. Well located, also near to buses stop

Its was a very nice stay, the hotel was nice and clean, the location is perfect, the metro station and the tram/bus haltes were just near by, and olso the bus station of the airport shuttle is 15min away walking.

We booked the hotell because they had pool and sauna. This is NOT correct at all. The spa room was closed and the receptionist said it was under renovation which was a complete lie. The hotel manager did not take my complaint about the closed spa seriously. Moreover I asked for a double mattress which they didn't even bother to answer me about. A lot of noise from the main road outside made the nights terrible. The bed lights were not possible to turn on. the whole hotell feels very cheap.

There is no cool air-Condition just only heating , and the refrigerator also not cool , Room is too hot ,only way is open window , hotel has 6 floor , my room arranged on 3 floor , it is too noisy while open window .

Great Hotel. The location is amazing with a great public transport connection, since the metro and tram are only 1 min away by foot. Additionally, the night life and some attractions are easily reachable by foot as well. I also celebrated my Birthday there and they gifted me a delicious blueberry cupcake. The service Team is really kind and competent. Overall worth the price and we would definitely consider the Hotel again, if we decide to visit Budapest again.
