From the minute I arrived I knew this new beautiful hotel and the cheerful and very attentive staff were special. The concept is magical, the service detailed, the location is perfect, the room impressive, comfortable, clean and quiet, the bar is modern with talented bartenders who are creative, and you must include the incredible breakfast as the perfect way to start a day exploring the most beautiful side of the river. Every time I needed something I felt like I was cared for like a cherished guest in someone’s beautiful home. Laundry service was quick and perfection. There is a modern well equipped gym to start your day and a spa to re-energize before heading to dinner. There are great coffee shops and a small grocery store very close as well as numerous other conveniences. All of the staff was outstanding, especially the front desk who went out of their way time and time again to make my trip a beautiful experience.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel it was a 5star + experience. The room was perfect and the bed the most comfortable I have experienced in a long time in a hotel. Everything worked perfectly in the room. The Bar is top, great selection and highly skilled bar tender. Every employee I interact has been professional and friendly. I will stay at this hotel again! Highly recommended and easy walking distance to explore the city center

Love the hotel decor and theme. It’s a new hotel with great wellness facilities which includes sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The staff are very friendly and make me feel welcomed. Would love to stay at Kimpton BEM Budapest again. By the way, it’s also has sparking wine during check in. Love it

From check in to departure the Kimpton BEM Budapest experience was first rate. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful, the restaurant and service were excellent, and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. The hotel is situated centrally within walking distance of the city’s iconic landmarks and is great value.

Just home from a fantastic stay at this hotel , we where greeted by Barney at reception and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We dined in the restaurant , bar and roof top bar and all staff very friendly. We used the spa - small but very relaxing. Thank you for a fab stay
