We had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel in Budapest. The hotel is very clean and well-organized, and the staff is attentive and quick to resolve any issues. The central location made it easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

It’s didn’t start as well as I expected because after paying extra to check in early I had some unexpected encounter however it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
Ultimately it was a great experience staying here.

The hotel room is really big enough, large and small suitcases can be unfolded at the same time, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there are Chinese-style charging sockets in the room, which is very considerate. Chopsticks are provided for breakfast, which is rare in European hotels.

I stayed in this hotel twice during my trip and was satisfied! The service staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. It was not too far from anywhere, but the parking and breakfast were quite expensive.

The location of the hotel is super good, right near the Ferris wheel. If you want to go to the river for a cruise, it only takes 10 minutes to walk. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and will introduce the various facilities of the hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and there is a turndown service.
