The location of Budapest Holidays OPERArt is excellent—close to public transport, restaurants, and major attractions, which made getting around the city very easy. However, the cleanliness of the apartment was disappointing. The third-person sofa bed was not properly cleaned and felt quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the kitchen chairs were stained and didn't appear to have been wiped down before our arrival. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could be much better.

Worst service ever! I have travel in all europe and i have never been left for 2 hours in -2 degrees outside at midnight because there was no check in, even if the time of arrival was told before. My friend forgot the wallet in the room, first they confirmed they found it, than they stole it and never turned back. Very bad experience, not recommended.
