Overall it was good, the room was nice and big, which is considered luxurious in Europe. But the restaurant experience was disappointing. The young handsome men and beautiful women had limited English and seemed to have not received any training in the service industry. The front desk explained that the restaurant was outsourced to another company and was not part of the hotel. No wonder it was not of the same standard. The room was nice but the accompanying restaurant was a minus. The breakfast was nothing new either.
