The only thing that was unfavorable about our stay was that there was a large group of high school students staying at the hotel. They didn't quite have the proper hotel etiquette when leaving very early in the morning. Was continuously woken up by doors slamming shut as they were departing in the early am. Just wish we could have stayed on a different floor from them. Otherwise, the hotel was what we expect when looking for a room.

We originally booked this property because ******* listed the suites with jet tub jacuzzis. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the property had been renovated and no longer had the jacuzzis. The front desk clerk, Megan, did her absolute best to accommodate us. She truly went above and beyond, which we greatly appreciated.

I like to sleep in a cool room 65 degrees under a blanket but when requested did not get one. I had to sleep in a warmer ambient air than I prefer.

In the room, the carpet is dirty and torn from use. The furniture was stained, and I wouldn't dare sit on it. The bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was with clean linen. I got the most expensive suite and would have paid more for something better. The hotel needs to be refurbished. I would never go back. I never have left a review like this, but you should be aware not to waste your money.
