有小陽台看外面風景真不錯。開車十分鐘去天鵝堡，位置不錯，也好停車。早餐不算多好將就吧。安靜，但是不遮光，最重要枕頭太不舒服了，還有洗澡水忽冷忽熱。性價比可以吧，畢竟還有個室內泳池和桑拿房，還能到晚上十點，也算這一代少有了。

This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. We were only there one night but enjoyed it. We got into town early, so took the chairlift to top of ski resort and watched the hang gliders. Easy walk from resort to hotel.

Schönes Hotel,sehr zu empfehlen Sehr gute Küche, besonders zu empfehlen ist das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet Personal im Hotel ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit Wellnessbereich und auch der Rest vom Hotel macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck

Einrichtung offensichtlich teilweise Jahrzehnte alt, zum Beispiel Duschkabine und Teppichboden (aus hygienischen und allergologischen Aspekten ohnehin prinzipiell nicht sinnvoll, insbesondere wenn Hunde explizit gestattet sind). Waschbecken mit Absplitterung, Tapete mit kleineren Defekten und Flecken. Bettzeug inakzeptabel (Füllung des offensichtlich billigen Kopfkissens verklumpt), Bettwäsche wirkt verschlissen. Qualität des Frühstücksbüffets unter den Erwartungen, Auswahl ok. Rührei (wird auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet) trocken und deutlich zu salzig. Die Geschmacksrichtung salzig ist auch beim Abendessen (HP) häufig deutlich führend . Angebot für Vegetarier sehr überschaubar, teilweise fehlend.

Con la intención de visitar el famoso castillo de Neuschwanstein, llegamos por casualidad a este acogedor hotel, por cierto, sin tener reserva. Afortunadamente para nosotros, la recepcionista nos atendió de manera muy amable y empática con mi falta de dominio del idioma. De nuestra visita a Alemania, Fussen y sus alrededores fue un descubrimiento, no solo por su cercanía del castillo , sino también por sus paisajes. La habitación que nos asignaron contaba con todas las comodidades para una familia de cuatro personas, incluida una pequeña terraza con una linda vista. En la noche, después de haber caminado por muchas horas ,pudimos relajarnos en la piscina y el sauna del hotel. El desayuno, de los más completos y ricos que disfrutamos en Alemania. Destaco la amabilidad del personal y sobre todo, de su recepcionista. Recomendable de todas maneras si se tiene pensado visitar el castillo.

Das Hotel eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (auch der Berglift ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen) oder die Erkundung der Seen und Schlösser recht gut. Allerdings liegt es an der Bundesstraße und somit ist auch die Lärmbeeinträchtigung deutlich. Allein ein Schwimmbad reicht nicht für die eine 4 Sternebewertung, denn die Zimmer sind recht schlicht, das Frühstücksbuffett ist in Ordnung, allerdings mussten wir mehrfach nachfragen, da bereits um 8 Uhr 30 die Platten schon sehr "gerupft" waren. Es bleibt die Frage, an welche Zielgruppe sich die Sinnsprüche, die überall an den Wänden zu finden sind, richtet. Sie sind einfach nur trivial.

Das Hotel ist komfortabel und gut gelegen, nicht zu groß, Schwimmbad und Sauna bieten den perfekten Abschluss eines anstrengenden Wandertages. Der Service zeichnet sich durch sehr freundliches Personal und gute regionale Küche aus. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit Boxspringbetten ausgestattet. Familien und Hunde werden freundlich aufgenommen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
