We stayed at the hotel during a family vacation, and the experience exceeded all expectations! The room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the window was simply breathtaking. The hotel staff is courteous, professional and available for any request — always with a smile and a sense of genuine care. The hotel facilities are very well-invested in. The breakfast is varied, fresh and rich in flavors. The lobby and public areas also maintain a high level of cleanliness and maintenance. The hotel's location is excellent — accessible to the main attractions but quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of high-level quality, service and comfort. No compromises

Clean and nicely located, with bright rooms, it is a more than convenient apartment. I recommend!

Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück in Ordnung, für uns hat es gereicht und es wurde auch kurz vor dem Ende aufgefüllt. Nichts für Veganer dabei (ggf Nachfragen). Einchecken nachts war kein Problem. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Very clean and spacious room. Comfy bed and good shower. However, the half open shower design made the floor wet every time when we took showers. Hotel is in a commercial area, you need to take metro or bus to the city center and major attractions . There is a mall nearby. Paid underground parking in the hotel building. Safe and easy parking.

Because of the activities in the hotel the next day, I chose to stay in this hotel the day before. The hotel is very close to the airport, with convenient transportation, warm service from the front desk staff, and more breakfast options.

Our stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM. Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation.

Location of hotel is good, right near Old Town, room size is fine, breakfast standard European breakfast, hotel has no restaurant of its own but there are restaurants near by plus convenience stores across the street. The one single issue is the WiFi at the hotel is really bad; however, when I brought this matter up at the front desk, the gentleman at the Reception was kind enough to lend me a router, and the issue was resolved.

Rooms are a bit old but well maintained and clean. Unfortunately breakfast wasn't that good.
