"Hotel ok, big and nice rooms, comfortable bed. Overall Ok. The biggest disadvantage is the breakfast. For years since I've been coming to them, the same tasteless, poor food, weak and tasteless filter coffee (unsuitable for a hotel of this caliber). You can't find an omelette or anything hot, just some cold snacks, which you don't even want to touch. It looks good, nicely arranged but, if I had to choose, I would skip breakfast every time."

"I picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy. I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was"

Tip: If you're planning to stay more than one night, I recommend booking the full duration upfront through Trip.com to lock in the best rate. Prices can change daily, and you may not get the same deal by booking night by night. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great spot—but be smart with how you book."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected. Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name."

"The hotel claims to be a 4-star, but it doesn't offer any 4-star services. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. The breakfast and location are good, but I wouldn't rate it 4 stars—2 or 3 would be fair. The service is excellent."
