"In an old house, it is worth experiencing. The room is in the attic. The overall space is enough. It matches the introduction of the merchant. It is quiet at night. The main attractions can be reached on foot. The hotel's breakfast is very good. The food for dinner is also rich. Tucao bedding is average, the sheets are pilling, uncomfortable, Needs improvement."
"Facilities: more distinctive, there is a main building side building
Hygienic: very clean, clean the room every day
Environment: better, very close to Carrefour
Service: Quiet, good service, clean in time and very clean"

"Отель расположен близко от метро и от остановки автобуса в аэропорт. Достопримечательности также близко. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, канальный кондиционер. В холле отеля есть банкомат. Завтраки в китайском ресторане. Завтрак шведский стол: омлет, бекон, сырные и колбасные нарезки, мюсли, круассаны. Окно в номере не открывается."
"The hotel is amazing. The staff were really helpful, Thank you so much Andrea for a warm welcome. Daniel was very helpful and really warm too with great sense of humour, we had 2 days to see best attractions nearby and he made sure we did this by explaining the Map and planning it.
Lots of breakfast varieties to choose from. The waiters were very kind, always ready to fill your water and get more coffees.
Cleaning ladies were lovely and helpful too, Service is excellent, I needed new pair of slipper because used the first for the health club and they got wet and they gave me another one for free.
The hotel is beautiful and has tasteful decor and the rooms are clean well maintained. Totally recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you so much for making our stay special , we definitely felt well looked after"
"Amazing hotel and great quality. Been there to enjoy the capital and I can say that the location is formidable. It’s located in the old town and just a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops. I had a good time enjoying the hotel amenities and the bedroom."
"This is a very good service, very comfortable hotel to sleep, you can live alone, because of the red-eye flight, many hotels do not have a 24-hour front desk, temporarily decided to live here, close to the trip behind me. Now I understand the meaning of earning money, and I can enjoy a better quality life with money. I thought that poor travel was my only choice, but I didn't expect Romania to let me have a local tyrants. Thanks to the Expo Center Hotel, thank you to all the warm and friendly hotel staff, you are the best!"

GGuest UserThe service attitude is very good. They help me print the itinerary and send it by express. It is very friendly. It is very convenient to eat nearby and can be reached on foot. It is worth recommending.

LLdesierra Inma Von ParkerI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

LLyubomirThe hotel is located close to the center of Bucharest, in a calm and safe area, in around 10 mins walking to the closest metro line. The bus which goes directly to the airport stops nearby as well. Close to the hotel is located a Carrefour supermarket and several restaurants + an embankment full with bars. The staff is super friendly, helpful and speaking good English. The rooms are spacious and clean, with new quit AC and everyday the housekeeping is leaving new towels, tea, shampoos. There're two lifts, a restaurant where the breakfast is served and also a viewpoint. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, but it's the same every day. Several kinds of sausages, omelette, coffee, juices, croissants, jams, cornflakes, etc. Definitely recommend if you're on a business trip.

YYeva_shineI picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy.
I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was

PPHILLIP JAMESThis apartment represents exceptional value in Bucharest. It is located about 10 to 15 mins walk from a metro station, but the nearby tram station is about 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel. With the tram you can get the historic old town in 15 mins. My apartment was on level 7 had excellent views of the large sections of the city. A full size fridge was provided. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioned system worked very well. However, the TV was very small and all channels were local only. However, with an excellent internet connection (free) all my evening entertainment was via my laptop. There is an excellent and large supermarket just 1 min walk for the apartment - so very convenient for all essential items. On arriving at the apartment there was a locked door, but (with cameras) someone came out to assist. The young man directed to my apartment and gave keys and instructions. He first mentioned there was some problems with the gas, but I would not be using the stove, so not a concern. For the views, the size of the apartment, access to public transit and super close to supermarkets, I highly recommend this option for the price in Bucharest. N
MMariaLuceroOn Friday, I was tidying up when I arrived, and even though it was late, I was able to check in. However, the rest of the nights were very noisy. The apartment next door and upstairs was filled with shouting and laughing until 3 a.m. The room was cleaned well the first day, and the towels weren't changed. I had to tell reception, and after complaining, they resolved the issue. The location is far from the airport.
NNoi ChaOur stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation.
EESRAThe check-in process was quite easy. Although the hotel met our expectations, there was no soap in the hand basin. There was no soap, shampoo or shower gel in the shower. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but there were towels. There was a stain in the shower that I did not understand. Cleaning should be improved, the beds are not bad, but the bunk beds were squeaking. Hotel check-out time is 10:00. However, it is an extremely early check-out time. It should be 12:00 at the latest. There is no luggage store in the hotel. There definitely should be. We could not convince the staff to help us.
