"Hotel ok, big and nice rooms, comfortable bed. Overall Ok.
The biggest disadvantage is the breakfast. For years since I've been coming to them, the same tasteless, poor food, weak and tasteless filter coffee (unsuitable for a hotel of this caliber). You can't find an omelette or anything hot, just some cold snacks, which you don't even want to touch. It looks good, nicely arranged but, if I had to choose, I would skip breakfast every time."
"Very clean and spacious room. Comfy bed and good shower. However, the half open shower design made the floor wet every time when we took showers.
Hotel is in a commercial area, you need to take metro or bus to the city center and major attractions . There is a mall nearby.
Paid underground parking in the hotel building. Safe and easy parking."
"The hotel is good, the service is also very good, but the breakfast is more monotonous, but the type is far less.
In addition, the bathroom shower room, no dry and wet separation, the nozzle is opened, the whole room is water, this hope can be improved"
"I picked the room because of big window, my husband is an artist and he likes to have a lot of sun in the room. We arrived late and check in was by code. So when we see the room with the wall and two very narrow windows. Definitely not like pictures showing. Next day when we spoke with reception they told me that they have only 1-2 rooms with big windows and it’s impossible for us to move there because they are busy.
I’d like to ask trip.com put pictures of other room as well and people will not be disappointed with their stay like we was"
"The room is small and quite well equipped, the bed is comfortable.
The negative points are cleanliness, under the coat matlas is very salt with a lot of hair and hair and very bad sound isolation, we hear all of the neighbouring rooms and vice versa, you have no intimacy."
"We got a room that smelled good at first glance, but during our stay it smelled of cigarette smoke. Some things that came with the room, like the bathroom door and the shower cabin, were broken, but we used what we got. And some surprises on the wall and bed linen. There is room for improvement."
"Great Location – But Book Entire Stay Upfront to Avoid Price Jump
Hilton is in a great location – right on the border of the main road and pedestrian-friendly areas that lead straight into the old town. Perfect for exploring the city on foot.
When I arrived, I checked out the available rooms and asked the receptionist for the current rate. The price through Trip.com was considerably lower, so I booked it online and received a substantial discount for the same room.
I enjoyed my stay enough to extend for a second night. However, I was surprised to find that the price for Monday night had jumped up significantly and matched the original reception rate—much higher than my first night. Same room, just a higher cost.
Tip: If you're planning to stay more than one night, I recommend booking the full duration upfront through Trip.com to lock in the best rate. Prices can change daily, and you may not get the same deal by booking night by night.
Overall, a comfortable stay in a great spot—but be smart with how you book."
"I was very disappointed with my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant smell of sewage in the rooms, which could also be detected from the hallway, even 10 meters away. I was on the 5th floor, and despite the hotel’s reputation, this was not what I expected.
Additionally, loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant continued until midnight, making it very difficult to sleep. I had to keep the window open due to the smell, and so did my colleague in the neighboring room — but with nighttime temperatures around 8–9°C, the room was uncomfortably cold.
Overall, the experience fell far below expectations for a hotel with such a good name."
"The hotel claims to be a 4-star, but it doesn't offer any 4-star services. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the room. The breakfast and location are good, but I wouldn't rate it 4 stars—2 or 3 would be fair. The service is excellent."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis is an outstanding property - I returned to Rosetti several times during my travels in Romania, and each time was a wonderful experience.
A great amount of attention to detail has gone into the design of the hotel; it is modern yet inviting. The rooms are well appointed, with a full range of amenities. Public spaces are cosy and welcoming. As can be expected, it is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
However, the greatest asset of the Rosetti is its staff, who all went over and above expectations to make my stay comfortable and memorable. This is what really set it apart from most of the other establishments I have stayed at during this trip.
The hotel is not in the centre of town; however it is a pleasant 15 minute walk. And Uber works well in Bucharest, and is very affordable.
I highly recommend this lovely hotel!

CCeline ArgyropoulosThe stay was really great! the communication was smooth. The flat is clean and has everything one needs. I would ask the owner to consider adding a small trash bin in the bathroom, for women who need to dispose of certain things, without having to go back to the flat (my flat had a completely separate private bathroom, so I had to go through a small corridor to go back and forth, but this corridor is protected by a main door and gives access to only the flat and another one). The second suggestion would be to leave a roll of plastic bags, for the bin in the kitchen.
The location is a bit far from the center, so if you want to stay for a short period, I would advise another location (it takes around 30min to get to the center). The area is rather quiet, although Bucharest is known for the heavy traffic (and, apparently, many speed drivers and cars with tuned exhausters?).
The washing machine and the drying rack was a very nice bonus, they even leave some pods to do two loads. overall really great!
GGuest UserThe service attitude is very good. They help me print the itinerary and send it by express. It is very friendly. It is very convenient to eat nearby and can be reached on foot. It is worth recommending.

LLdesierra Inma Von ParkerI had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot.
The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

MMCUZZAOur stay at the Mercure Bucharest was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and warm hospitality. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room's amenities made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She provided us with amazing suggestions for places to visit in Romania, turning our holiday into an incredible experience. Her local knowledge and enthusiasm made all the difference, guiding us to hidden gems we might have otherwise missed.
The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start our days of sightseeing.
The hotel's location is very convenient, with easy access to Bucharest's main attractions and public transport. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, Mercure Bucharest offers a welcoming and comfortable stay. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

NNoi ChaOur stay at the Continental Hotel in Bucharest was mostly pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is well-maintained, offering a great ambiance and excellent amenities. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and the restaurant staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive to our needs.
However, our experience at check-in left something to be desired. The female front desk staff member we interacted with was not particularly helpful. When we asked if the tap water was safe to drink, her response was dismissive, stating she didn’t know and suggesting we purchase water from the hotel instead. Similarly, when we inquired about the possibility of an early breakfast due to our early departure for a day trip to Peles Castle, she was uncooperative and rigid, insisting breakfast was strictly served at 6:30 AM.
Thankfully, the restaurant staff went above and beyond. When we arrived at 6:15 AM, they graciously opened the doors early and welcomed us, allowing us to grab some food before we left. Their professionalism and kindness turned around what could have been a frustrating situation.
PPHILLIP JAMESThis apartment represents exceptional value in Bucharest. It is located about 10 to 15 mins walk from a metro station, but the nearby tram station is about 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel. With the tram you can get the historic old town in 15 mins. My apartment was on level 7 had excellent views of the large sections of the city. A full size fridge was provided. Bed was comfortable. The air-conditioned system worked very well. However, the TV was very small and all channels were local only. However, with an excellent internet connection (free) all my evening entertainment was via my laptop. There is an excellent and large supermarket just 1 min walk for the apartment - so very convenient for all essential items. On arriving at the apartment there was a locked door, but (with cameras) someone came out to assist. The young man directed to my apartment and gave keys and instructions. He first mentioned there was some problems with the gas, but I would not be using the stove, so not a concern. For the views, the size of the apartment, access to public transit and super close to supermarkets, I highly recommend this option for the price in Bucharest. N
GGuest UserThe check-in process was quite easy. Although the hotel met our expectations, there was no soap in the hand basin. There was no soap, shampoo or shower gel in the shower. There were no disposable slippers in the room, but there were towels. There was a stain in the shower that I did not understand. Cleaning should be improved, the beds are not bad, but the bunk beds were squeaking. Hotel check-out time is 10:00. However, it is an extremely early check-out time. It should be 12:00 at the latest. There is no luggage store in the hotel. There definitely should be. We could not convince the staff to help us.
