This hotel is a little tricky. Do not book the regular rooms because they are tired and the beds look soggy and used. They need to do a little bit of work on the interior in the carpets on the outside of the rooms. Only stay in the suites are and above cuz they're great. But the superior room and the regular room are not to my liking and a little depressing. But I would stay this hotel anytime I was in Bucharest but only in the sweets and the studios not in the regular tired looking hotel rooms. One of the major benefits of this hotel/aparte hotel is that it has a fantastic hot tub/ jacuzzi and it is right next door in the gym all you have to do is sign in. I love the hot tub and I love the pool especially in mid-December when everything was freezing. I would stay here anytime I visited Bucharest. The food in the restaurant is okay relatively okay value for the money and service is good. Also the women at the front desk are very helpful and accommodating.

From the outside the hotel looks very beautiful, but from the inside everything is more modest. Standard rooms are not too spacious - for five stars it seems a little cramped. Breakfast is quite up to the standard of the hotel. Varied and you can order porridge, for example.

This hotel is super nice and a very chic place to stay. Fun to have a drink in the lobby and to have breakfast inside the restaurant. The rooms are very spacious they have like three separate rooms and they have a beautiful balcony overlooking the property. Staff was flawless hotel was very upscale. The only problem I have with this hotel is that the pool is very very small and I like to luxury ate and of huge swimming pool when I am on vacation and the pool here very small maybe only suitable for children or for someone who doesn't like to swim laps. I never took a dip in the pool and I changed hotels because I wanted a spa / swimming pool hot tub amenity for my vacation. If you were not into pools then this is the perfect place to stay. I got this room for $100 a night and that is truly a steal.

Centrally located in the Old Town of Bucharest. It was clean and modern with hassle free check in/out. The room was on the fourth floor looking onto the street as well as a near by church. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable, lots of storage, powerful hairdryer (which was unusual as some hotels are not), easy to use safe ,TV had over 100 plus channels and tea/ coffee facilities as well as complementary water. The room was cleaned every day and the Buffet Breakfast is plentiful with a choice to cover every one's breakfast needs . On one particular day we had a tour booked to collect us at 7am,so spoke to the Manager who allowed us to have breakfast at 6.45 am, due to a medical condition and the restaurant was not open until 7am- this was much appreciated. Had a fantastic 7 night stay with no problems and definitely stay here again. A big pat on the back and a staff member that the management of the hotel should be proud to have her working for them is Gabriella who works in the restaurant as she gives 110% customer service to everyone making sure everyone is happy and tables are cleared.

We stayed here with a group of people, we were all part of an organised tour. The room was clean & the breakfast good. However the hotel appeared to need finishing, a large open hole in the ceiling of the bedroom & also the electricity suddenly disappeared (although it did return fairly promptly for us.) However on the evening of our second stay they were obviously hosting a private event in the only bar area on the twelfth floor. We were refused entry & when we returned to reception on the ground floor, Improvement we were told to go out or request room service. At almost the same time a group of Romanian guests were offered drinks, naturally we objected to this & as a good will gesture they reluctantly offered us drinks. We were then asked to pay for them to which we all refused & after several phone calls they finally accepted this. My husband & I had a pre booked transfer to travel to the airport the following day. When my husband approached reception he was told he would have to pay them 370 leu & there was no such thing booked!! Our driver arrived on time & assured us it was booked & pre-paid & duly drove us to the airport. This is not an acceptable service for a 4star hotel, possibly there may be a language barrier/ misunderstanding or it could be lack of training & knowledge or even dishonesty. The hotel was really clean, 24/7 hot water, the breakfast was satisfied and the stuff was in general kind and friendly except the guy from the night shift (not the tall one who was amazing) who was extremely rude and even ignored one person from the group when she asked him if he could bring us something. This behaviour was repeated several nights and this discouraged us from staying quietly in the hotel after the exhausting day we had spent in Bucharest.

Generally the hotel has the background of a big company. Some notes , a hotel of 4 stars should have all the necessary amenities!! This mercury hotel didn’t has , moreover one day of my rest the room and especially the bathroom didn’t clean well. I reported this point to the receptionist and the day after , everything was excellent!! The location is closely to transportation means 10 min walking there is a bus station . The wi fi connection is ok The receptionist was very polite and helpful as well. The hotel is recommended for a stay !!!

A great place to have a quiet room, plenty of coffee and a large breakfast in the morning close to no 5 and no 16 trams and 220 metres from the Zepplin Pub! The four of us sharing has twin rooms on the 2nd (203) and 4th floors of the 6 floor hotel, The receptionists were very good and helpful and spoke good English. The shower and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The position of this hotel is excellent. Close to the Old Center, the Art Museum, the Athenaeum, the Old Center, the Universitate metro station, The staff is very nice, kind, hospitable and helpful from all points of view. The room has facilities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, water heater, tea, coffee, sugar.The only problem is that the rooms no longer look as they are in the pictures,The pictures were probably taken a few years ago, because now they don't look like that anymore in the sense that now everything is a bit outdated.

A bit drab on arrival and the staff are not the friendliest. Good sized room that was clean and had all the amenities needed - other than tea and coffee facilities. Good air con and great lighting. Restaurant closed two out of three evenings, food was mediocre. Breakfast limited to eggs, local sausages, bacon and cubes of quiche on the hot buffet. Rolls, sliced bread and cheese and ham selection on cold buffet. Salad, olives, yoghurt and cereals. Fruit squash rather than juice. Decent been to cup coffee machine. Good location, 20 minute walk to the old town. 40 minute drive to the airport. Don’t expect typical 4 star standards here, at best this is a 3 star but it was clean and comfortable.

1. The hotel is indeed a bit far from the nearest subway station on foot. Since it was a short business trip, I didn't worry too much. The overall quality of the chain hotel is guaranteed. There are no large shopping malls nearby. It is more like a residential area in the old city. The small supermarket downstairs of the hotel feeds me. There are ready food to buy, which feels more lifelike. The room size is average, and some walkways have no carpets, which disturbs the walking sound. 2. The hotel can walk to some nearby attractions. I personally prefer city walk, so I walked a long circle and arrived at the old city. The pedestrian street in the old city is really beautiful. 3. It is recommended not to exchange too much local currency. Uber taxis and credit cards in other situations are completely sufficient.
