I liked it the down side is the heating as is either too hot either too cold and the tv didn’t worked.

The hotel was clean but a little bit old-fashioned. We booked one queen bed room but given two single bed. The price was pretty good considering it be a 4* hotel.

I am a red haired lady and I had my hair washed and wiped ŵirh their white towels. When I checked out thay made me.pay 30 Euros !!!!!!! because my hair dyed red the towel!!!!!!! They said they could not clean them which is outrageous !!!!!! I have the same white towels at home and they are perfectly cleand. I have stayed at dozens hotels all over rhe world, i have stayed at five star hotels and luxurh ones and I never faced such behavior. They are incapable, useless and thieves. Red hair ladies stay away of this hotel.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Location is very good because is far to main street where is so much noise. We had a quiet, large and very clean room. I think furniture it's a bit old but it wasn't a problem. Bed is large and mattress very good. I didn't like pillow but I slept well. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days which was done by the agency. When I arrived, although the reservation was confirmed for a single room, I was given a room with two beds that were small enough for my height. During the discussion with the reception, I was told that this is the situation and they have nothing to do. I overlooked it and the surprises were not over. The next day I went to the office and in the evening when I got to the room I found it the same way I left it one morning, without cleaning, unchanged towels. I went down to the reception and the same attitude - that's the situation, what can we do - translated take or leave. I went to the center to have lunch, hoping that maybe on my return I would at least be able to see the changed towels. Surprise same room same image. I talked at the reception and I noticed the same attitude of indifference and disinterest. I will definitely not return to this hotel in the future and I recommend that you check and confirm what you are booking.

Stayed with big group for West Ham game. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff on reception, always helpful. Bit of a walk to the centre but nice quiet area. I would be careful of taxi drivers though - we got seriously ripped off and threatened. Would recommend if you don't mind walking.

The hotel according to the information they say is quite far from the old town at least 25 to 30 minutes walking distance. As for the hotel's breakfast, it is minimal with limited choices even though it is 4 stars. The staff in the restaurant are rude and annoying because they come repeatedly to take the dishes you haven't eaten yet so you don't want to go for breakfast. Also, our cleaning staff damaged personal items without replacing them. The damage was to my mobile phone charger. They broke the cable and the plug of the socket. Despite the conversations we had with people from the reception who did not bother at all and did not report the fact of the damage to the hotel manager because he was on leave from what we were informed and there was no responsible person for such cases. They didn't believe us for the damage and were blaming each other. The girl who was on duty that day (the girl with long black hair and relatively short) was quite rude and did not want to serve us and was busy on her mobile phone without paying attention to what we said. After many attempts, they only promised us in words that the problem would be fixed by email and nothing has been done at all and we have returned to our country. The cleaners threw away some of our things without us wanting it and we realized it after our return to the hotel in the evening. Also, the hotel does not have a luggage ramp, making it difficult to get there. The reception staff were absent from their post, making our stay there not pleasant.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast and value for money but... Wifi was present but it didn't reach the room! The windows are not very thick and in my case you could hear the noise of cars passing by. It is unthinkable to permanently close the window frames in the room with screws, this goes beyond safety! It's absurd not to be able to open the balcony! Furthermore, one of the receptionists informed me that there was a thermostat to regulate the temperature, but instead only the old radiator was present.
