Absolutely awful stay..I had booked four nights, the first night I was kept awake by dogs barking all night and construction on a site next door started at 7AM in the morning…the window blind was off the hook and the sink in the bathroom was blocked.
I was moved to another room and on the 4th night a group of teenagers were booked into the rooms adjoining mine and they made so much noise I didn’t get to sleep until 3am, I tried complaining to the night manager but he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do even though other guests complained
So I was left with three hours sleep on the last night before facing two long flight layovers leaving me completely exhausted and drained by the time I got to my final destination.
I don’t usually complain but this was one of the worst stays in my twelve years of traveling around the world.

Stay away at all costs!!!! Worst hotel experience of my life! The hotel is very outdated, not maintained, rooms are dirty, the safe didn’t work in the room, the phone was not working- had to go down every time I needed something.!! The staff was rude and not helpful, didn’t offer any solution,they said they didnt have a key for the safe and maybe it’s lost!! And they could not change the phone which isn’t working. I talked to the manager by phone which was even more rude and didn’t assist! The breakfast is very very poor, not much to choose from, they didn’t have milk alternatives too. The locations is terrible because at night there are many weird (homeless too) people around that area and it’s not safe to go alone at night. I was lucky to be able to shortened my stay on the booking app. I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone!!

An outdated and not maintained hotel. It is dirty, the bathroom is full of mold and the beds are old and worn, not comfortable at all. The bed sheets are rotten. If you ask for a coffee after the breakfast you should pay for it but you should make your coffee for your own with the same machine as you use for breakfast. The breakfast was cold and not a big variety to choose from.

It’s was terrible. The room had a nasty smell. The towels didn’t smell right. One lift that took ages. The rooms looked dated the bed was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place. There are much better hotels and cheaper in Bucharest I was unlucky to get this place

this is a very good hotel just a ten minuet walk from the old town rooms are spacious with air conditioning and a TV with some channels in English there is an outside beer garden with large parasols should it rain also free WIFI is available although it works best on the ground floor we found all the staff to be superb but a special shout must go to the night receptionist Leonora who was fantastic and was able to help us with a few things which made our stay even more enjoyable for us great value great location even if the surrounding area is a little bit run down and if you want to be a little lazy the no 21 tram stops right outside the hotel and runs to the edge of the old town i would recommend

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο και περνάνε τραμ , λεωφορεία με τη στάση μετρό University δίπλα.Το δωμάτιο καλό με ένα τεράστιο μπάνιο.Το ξενοδοχείο θέλει ανακαίνιση. Παλιά έπιπλα, στρώματα, πατώματα και παλιά έπιπλα μπάνιου. Σίγουρα δεν είναι 4 αστέρων!!Το πρωινό καλό χωρίς πολλές επιλογές.Μπαρ και λόμπυ ανύπαρκτα. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και πρόθυμο να σας εξυπηρετήσει.
