Great breakfast, varied and tasty.
Stayed here 2-3 times a few years back and it was good experience, but now it no longer feels like a 4 star hotel otherwise. The place could do with a make-over.

Never Again, First and main avoid staying there, if no other options, make sure you pay only for the nights you are sure you will stay otherwise you will never get refund for not stayed nights like my case, they will ask you to send an email, no one will respond and when you call they will transfer you from here and there for 30 minutes or so, without any result. I am still on them till get my refund regardless to how much this will cost me, it is a matter of stopping them from doing so to other people. Room is dirty, bathroom smells, at breakfast 10s of staff walk around, not sure why tables uncleaned, mostly communication is hand signals. Lebanese restaurant with poor service, after you make the order they will say they cannot accept cards only cash, shisha is dirty avoid, you may catch something from there. in general better

Before I left the room, I checked if something was left under the bed; I was so surprised to see so much dust, dirt, empty bottles of water, plastic bottles of juices .....now I learned that the first time after I entered the room, I will inspect under the bed. More cleaning is required in the corners of the room, and more attention to small details; e.g. in the bathroom, the protective cap was missing from the bathroom sink drain, and the cap from my toothpaste tube had fallen into the sink drain welcome bottle of white wine ...warm,... sitting on the table with no ice bucket or could be on the fridge.
