Good place nice clean place the hotel food was ok.the hotel is right next to the entrance of the gov building

All aspects are OK, convenient transportation, good breakfast, service is OK, front desk service is OK, hotel for group pick-up, few individual travelers, just opposite the People's Palace, recommended.

It is a business hotel with rich breakfast, warm and friendly service staff, clean rooms, and many people staying there

Breakfast is good.

Comfortable room, clean with everything you need. Breakfast was good. I was here at the weekend and it was very noisy as the bars stay open until 4a.m. and there were young people in rooms near me, I needed earplugs. Even though I had a room key I was challenged at breakfast because the part with my room number was ripped off, fair enough but I had a key and my passport, you'd think that would be proof enough!! I couldn't get the safe to work, neither could other members of my party. A little too far away from the old town to walk in the 35 degrees heat, but certainly walkable.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Bucharest. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were outstanding. Loved the waiters. So funny and attentive. Front desk staff were perfect. Bell staff were helpful. Beds were comfortable and elevators worked well. My only complaint is a group of young men hang around outside the hotel. They seem to be there all the time. They followed us inside once when we were unloading luggage and equipment. It was a bit unnerving to have them leave their seats outside the hotel to follow us into the lobby. They only did that when we had equipment and bags in our hands.

Excellent clean and modern hotel, the staff were exceptional with help and hospitality. Hotel is situated in a quiet area of the city but close enough to walk to some attractions such as the parliament building.

I stayed for 3 nights with my sister and was delighted by the service from the friendly and helpful reception staff, fantastic room service food. So yummy, perfect cleaning, breakfast was lovely with nice cappuccinos, hot food and continental. Lovely crusty rolls.if we needed a taxi the staff just press a button at reception. Lovely service at the bar too. Lovely breakfast room. The beds are low but we were very comfortable 😌. Great views of the Parliament and New cathedral. 10 min walk to town or £1 for a taxi

Location very good. Staff at reception and one waiter very kind! Other staff in restaurant very rude. Staff at parking, “security”, very rude too, and don’t speak any languages. Breakfast was very poor and 30min before time of ending 70% of food was missing. When I say 70% is missing don’t understand that there is a big choice, it means that only things that nobody eat stays. Room was clean except some places in bathroom. One elevator was not working…

Some staff were more friendly than others. The cleaners were very friendly, the waiters for room service were less so. The food, sea bass and the breakfast was nice. Price of minibar was okay too. Bed sheet was okay. Elevators were extremely slow

4 star hotel but to be considered three. Location a little out of the way, poor cleaning, dust on the heated towel rail, daily cleaning consisting only of changing towels. 3 stars given exclusively for the price paid for 4 people

A half hour walk from the center of Bucharest, renovated and modernized hotel..spacious and clean room. Excellent breakfast. Prices in line with the city Recommended....maybe there is a problem with parking.

…I spent the first and last night in this Hotel Continental Forum in Bucharest!!…I toured Romania with a travel agency and this fabulous hotel was chosen for the overnight stay and breakfast!!…fantastic!! …bright rooms…clean and warm!!…with everything you need!!…welcome water!!…kettle with various sachets…of tea…coffee and chamomile!!…great assorted minibar!!…everything you need in the bathroom for the shower!!…soap…shower foam…body cream!!…nothing is missing!!…buffet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory items!!…everything and more!!…nothing is really missing !!…helpful and kind staff!!…what can I say!!…I felt very good!!…I would definitely go back!!…

Arriving early in the morning at 5am due to a delay in the Bergamo Orio al Serio - Bucharest flight with the terrible company Wizz, we found a shabby, dirty room, with broken mattresses, a locked minibar. And they classify it 4 stars, for us it is equivalent to the room in a poor B&B. Honestly not recommended!!!
