The Location is Ideal for Exploring the Beach (less than a min walk from the front door) and the Small Town’s Artisan Market, Shops, Art Galleries, and Great Restaurants all within a 3-5 min Walk. The Casita blurs the lines between Indoors and Out and Offers over 3,000 square feet of Combined Indoor/Outdoor Living Spaces, including Garden Lounge Areas, an Outdoor Beach Shower, a Large Covered Pergola with Bar and Grill for Outdoor Entertaining, and Features an Oversized Heated Swimming Pool (35 ft X 16 ft with Salt Water Filtration System) and a Beautiful Stone Fountain Cascade that Spills into the Pool. The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a king bed and a small loft that has 2 twin beds (intended for parents who have up to 2 children sharing their room). There are ladders with 5 steps up to the loft, so best suited for children over 8 years old. For younger children a fold out twin mattress can be accommodated on the main floor of the room.
