The hotel is good, the only problem I found there was nothing available in mini bar in room I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5

Very good

The location is very good, the room is clean, and the breakfast is rich, which almost meets the needs of a business trip. There is a small park downstairs, and there are police officers at night, so you feel safe. There is also a lot of food downstairs, including national fried chicken, fried fish, fried pork belly, and beef intestines. Just eat the whole thing.

Satisfied with the service. The surrounding area is not particularly safe. The location is excellent, close to the shopping mall. Other than that, the front desk is quite patient, the hygiene is OK, and it is relatively clean. I have stayed here several times

The hotel is new and quite good. The scenery outside the breakfast restaurant is also good

Another great hilton stay hotel is very centrally located can walk to most places. Affordable, Staff very friendly and helpful Ac very good wifi good hot showers. Breakfast typical hampton breakfast one day they had waffles with chocolate made for guests. Staff at breakfast excellent service and help for guests. I will be back to this hotel when I return to bucaramanga.

The staff here were all wonderful, from checking in with (I think) Jhon, to having our wine opened by the lovely girl on reception, breakfast chef and staff at 6.00am helping us with boxes and kindness. The room was really quiet and the beds comfortable - also very clean. We have stayed at hundreds of Hiltons and not often do I write reviews. Keep up the good work!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Located right in central core amongst many restaurants and cafes with a beautiful park just outside the front doors. The rooms are very nice and updated with comfortable beds. The gym is not over the top but it is all you need to work up a good sweat. I should mention they have an excellent rooftop patio to take in the views. The entire staff at this hotel are all very pleasant and greet you with a genuine smile. The service is fantastic in the restaurant area and the breakfast has a good variety of choices and accommodated my wife without hesitation due to allergies. A very special shoutout to Martha. She was our waitress however; apparently she is the supervisor of housekeeping and she was just helping out in the dining room. It was absolutely a delight to be served by her. Greeted us in the mornings and talking with her made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you again Martha and because of you, we will only stay at this hotel when visiting our children in Bucaramanga.

we were just one night at this hotel. But we have nothing to como about it. Every hotel’s worker was kind and friendly. Parking was not an issue as they park your car under the hotel. Breakfast was full of good flavors. For me the best was to find hot salsa. Overall. A great place to stay.
