The hotel is good, the only problem I found there was nothing available in mini bar in room

服務滿意。周邊不是特別安全。地理位置優越，近購物廣場。
其他就是前台比較耐心，衞生還行，比較乾淨
住了好幾次了

Satisfied with the service. The surrounding area is not particularly safe. The location is excellent, close to the shopping mall.
Other than that, the front desk is quite patient, the hygiene is OK, and it is relatively clean.
I have stayed here several times

The hotel is new and quite good. The scenery outside the breakfast restaurant is also good

The staff at Hampton by Hilton are so friendly and ready to help if you need it, always with a smile and ready to help if you need it.

It was a perfect stay. They were also accommodating and provided a crib for my daughter who was 5 months. 

The breakfast is miscellaneous and the top terrace is beautiful, but I missed the swimmingpool. 

Convenient, clean, good buffet breakfast, nice and helpful personnel.

Great stay! The minibar fridge a little bit noisy so as the A/C

This hotel is pretty nice. There is not room service or drawers to put clothes. There is an extra charge for a refrigerator in the room and it’s pretty small. The hotel is in a nice area with lots of stores and a park nearby. Overall, it’s a decent hotel . 

Hotel located in a convenient area in the city with easy access to dining options and shopping.  Safe and walkable.   Nice view of the city and excellent service.  Nice rooms.

I stayed in this hotel for one night in order to catch a plane the next day, so I didn't have too much expectation. However, it is a comfortable and quiet place even though it is on a busy street and with a lot of guests during the Holy Week. The room has a big space for me to put my luggage and move around (ususally it is placed with unnecessary furniture). It doesn't use carpet which I feel very clean and fresh. Staff are very lovely and helpful, which excess the 3.5 hotel service.   2 things I would like to mention for improvement. The breakfast seating was a little chaotic. When I went back to my table after taking some more food, someone took over my table already. I think Hilton should be experience enough to have system to avoid it. Another thing is the hot chocolate. I ordered one cup at night in the restaurant. It was tasteless. I mean, it was a little sweet, thick and brown, that's it. There's no taste of chocolate at  all. Next morning, I found that it's same as the one in the free breakfast. Shouldn't a better quality can be served for a cup of 6,000 cop hot chocolate in Hilton? Especially in Colombia where you can get good hot chocolate in local cafes.   Anyways, it's a great stay,  Breakfast area is small but it has a lot of choices and the food is fresh and delicious. Everywhere is super clean. There are also many restaurants around and it's easy to get food at night.

Not the first time here and i will back againe! The front desk and the cleaning staff are the best in Colombia! Great work! Location in the heart of the city. Everything is so close and the Park San Pio always nice to walking. Big recommend of this place!

I visit Bucaramanga every few months. The rooms are always very clean and the staff in awesome! If in Bucaramanga I recommend this property! I had to use the printer and the staff helped me sort out issues.
