Good location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. A very good place to stay at a very reasonable price.

Es un hotel céntrico pero con muchas carencias. El desayuno escaso, poco personal para atenderlo. En la habitación no había ni una lámpara de noche. El baño muy estrecho

El hotel es cómodo y central. Hay buena atención por parte del personal, pero esta integrado al centro comercial San José y tiene un restaurante abierto al público en la terraza, por lo que los empleados de los locales comerciales del centro comercial y visitantes que van al restaurante utilizan tambien el unico ascensor que tiene el hotel para huéspedes. Y estas personas no usan tapabocas, y al ser un sólo y pequeño ascensor se aglomera en horas pico, por lo que debes compartirlo con personas con cero medidas de bioseguridad con las que es imposible mantener el distanciamiento social. Al personal del hotel poco le importa y no exigen el uso del tapabocas a estas personas que incluso consumen alimentos en el ascensor. Hubiera usado las escaleras pero son seis y cinco pisos los que debía subir. Es una pena porque el aseo dentro de las habitaciones es bueno pero el tema de la bioseguridad si le resta puntos con el tema del Covid 19. Debe prioriz**** la seguridad y salud de los huespedes, porque vi que para acceder a los pisos del centro comercial hay otro ascensor que sube desde la calle.
