Hampton Inn Bryant

When I arrived, I was informed due to them being fully booked my room was NOT ready. when I arrived at 3:30 p.m., and I would need to return later that evening. I said NO I made my reservation in March with no issue and expected have a room reserved and waiting with NO issue. After 20 minutes and NOT understanding why the system would not show the room as ready, I was confirmed a room. Hopefully this will be my only issue and it was resolved efficiently.

The desk manager Brandon was one of the most caring and helpful people I have encountered in my hotel experiences. I have spent more nights in hotels than most people ever will during my working career, Brandon was the most caring person I have ever encountered. He was a super star at customer service. The staff was the best ever! The rooms were not so great. Had 4 rooms between 2 parties and Had issues with every room with things not working properly. The staff friendliness made the short comings of the rooms alright.

Exceptionally clean and convenient to I-30. At the front desk was Tasha, providing outstanding service and great dinner recommendations. Exactly what the family needed after a long day of travel and a so-so stay at another chain hotel the night prior. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our one-night stay at Hampton Inn Bryant. The hotel was attractive, clean, and well-located. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. When we came down for breakfast, Mindy at the front desk greeted us cheerfully. Even the man taking down the tree in the lobby was friendly. The breakfast dishes were varied and tasty, and the gentleman attending the breakfast buffet worked hard to keep the area clean and well-stocked. When we checked out, Mindy made the process quick and easy, and she was friendly as she wished us safe and enjoyable travels. The only negative part of our experience was at check-in. Stephanie at the front desk was not guest-focused. She just didn't appear to be interested in providing guests of the hotel with a positive, welcoming experience. She was not friendly, and she didn't exhibit any real concern for our billing questions. Rather than a helpful explanation or a sincere "I'm sorry for any confusion," she gave us a flat, couldn't-care-less "That's not what I show." Other than that, we were totally happy with our stay and we recommend Hampton Inn Bryant.

The staff were great! The house cleaning staff was great also. Breakfast was also good selection of morning food. What would be great if you would add turkey sausage or bacon. Everyone does not want pork in the diet.
