2nd visit where the bed had a dip in the middle of the bed. Made me feel like my feet were higher than upper body. Pillows are all the same. Should offer a couple of pillows that are more firmer.
Took two irons to get one that worked correctly.
Sink too a while to drain.
Room felt humid. Clothes felt that way the next day when you put them on.

Was the best stay I have had anywhere in a very long time!! The staff was phenomenal.. everyone was friendly and so so helpful!! Loved them all!! The accommodations were amazing!! Everything you need is there!! I will always look to stay at a Hyatt House from here on out!! ❤️

Everything was great, including the breakfast, except for the shower in my room (room 209). The shower was very poorly constructed, with cracks in the floor that the water would flow into. The shower made me very uncomfortable and felt like a mold hazard.

Nice, clean, and quiet. The bartender called in sick so the front desk was doing both jobs. She is a very patient and friendly lady. She kept her composure under pressure. She did an awesome job and now she knows how to make a tequila sunrise.

The staff was so nice! Really nice property convenient, with shopping and restaurants near by. It was usually quiet except when a couple of kids' sports teams were there. I dont know what happens to the parents, but i did call the front desk on loud kids in the hall about 10:15 pm

Great hotel!
Very clean hotel, with friendly staff and great location. The room was spacious, check in easy and the breakfast had lots of choices. Would recommend to others and stay here again in the future.
