I requested a King Room and paid for a King Room. Upon check in I was assigned a double Queen. When I went back to the desk, I was told I booked a standard room. They said that showed up as a standard room in their system and there were no King Rooms available when they assigned rooms THIS morning(I booked and paid for the room a few weeks ago). I showed them the receipt for a King Room that I booked through *******. Well! I was told that that made it worse! ******* is the worst. The only way to be sure the reservation was done right was to use the IHG app! I replied that I had tried that and the website/app didn’t work , and that I have never had a problem with *******! Amazing they had a King Room available now, and exchanged my rooms!
