Turks Hall

Caroline and David are warm and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay in Bruton thoroughly enjoyable. They had a wealth of knowledge about the local area and countless recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try and local walks. The room is cosy with everything you'd need for a short break. Caroline makes lovely flapjacks which you'll (hopefully) get to try if you stay here. Breakfast is left by your door each morning; a wicker basket containing yoghurts, jams, fruits, croissants and homemade muesli for the ultimate breakfast in bed. Speaking of which, the bed is incredibly comfortable and you probably won't want to get out of it! Turks Hall is a lovely place to stay in the charming town of Bruton.

We had a lovely stay, felt very welcomed and looked after with tea and flapjacks! House is conveniently situated to walk to the High Street and the restaurants there and the room was great, with a comfortable bed and a view over rooftops and everything we needed.

This is a first class B&B! Comfortable twin room with private bathroom. Very helpful hosts. Great location with much to explore. Easy access to Bath & Wells showground for our church festival weekend. Excellent breakfast with homemade museli, fruit & yogurt. Homemade smoothies toast & croissant. Street parking close by & always available.

We had a highly enjoyable stay in this lovely B&B . David and Caroline Nolder made us feel extremely welcome in what was their family home. Bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable and the location was perfect for both access to the village of Bruton and for nearby walks. Breakfast did not involve traditional bacon and eggs but was original, healthy and utterly delicious. Caroline was a mine of information about local restaurants, taxi forms and sights worth visiting.

Caroline and David were wonderful and attentive hosts during our visit to Bruton. They were full of great local recommendations and tips that were very helpful. Our room was lovely and comfortable with a great view of the city. Caroline made us a lovely breakfast everyone morning with tea, yogurt and granola which gave us a great start to our day. There is plenty of parking outside their space and all the restaurants and shops are an easy walk from their home. We are grateful they opened their beautiful home to us and highly recommend staying with them during your time at Bruton. Thank you Caroline and David!

Our 4 night stay with Caroline + David was friendly + comfortable. We felt relaxed + at home and were able to come + go as needed. The parking is on local streets and it is busy but, having said that, we always got a space. The room + shower room were compact, comfortable and had all we needed. The breakfast time was flexible and the food was fresh + tasty. Thank you for a lovely stay which enabled us to enjoy time with the friends we had come to see.
