"Hello I’ve been there last week with my brother so I arrived at the hotel around midnight and I wanna check in so I’ve waited so long about that. The hotel was so big and looks great. In my room was a bit dirty and my room dont have AC! So it’s my bad I didn’t read in description they dont have AC but my room has a big fan and yess pretty loud when we slept"
"I was traveling with my daughter (youth). We felt very safe in this hotel. It is inside the main train station, just beside Haagen Dazs, access via a door. It is very convenient to go to Brugge and Ghent from the hotel and especially we have to take a train early morning to Strasbourg. The room for 2 was big, clean and nicely deco, we felt comfortable and it comes with a mini fridge."
"Great location right next to the metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience shops around. It was easy to get to the usual touristy places by foot. We had a suite and it was more like an apartment - living, dining, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture looked a bit old and tired but it's ok if you don't plan to spend much time in the room. There are some drinks and vending machines at the lobby if you need something late night but can't be bothered to walk to the shops. The check in was smooth albeit lacking in enthusiasm. We didn't hear much noise at night primarily because the windows were facing another building. Overall, a nice stay."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the city center, public transport, and several tourist spots. The lobby is modern and welcoming, and the staff at check-in were friendly and efficient.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. I appreciated the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in—always a nice touch! The bed was very cozy, and I had a good night’s sleep each night. One highlight was the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of choices, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes.
However, I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the bathroom felt a little dated and the housekeeping service could have been more consistent. On one of the days, some of the toiletries were not replenished.
Overall, it’s a solid choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in the heart of Brussels. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Overall the hotel is nice, the service is good but they only provide shower gel. Lucky I hv the habit to bring all my shower stuff on my own.
I like the area, very convenience to find food and a lot of shops area that area.
If you don’t like noisy place then this hotel is not suitable for you as we are very near to a lot of restaurants and bar so at night it is abit noisy"
"Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this."
"It is a small but well-equipped hotel. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the subway station. Unfortunately, there are no shops or convenience stores nearby, so it is not convenient for purchasing supplies. There are some snacks and snacks sold on the first floor of the hotel. Frozen pizza, there is a water dispenser on the first floor of the hotel, and it is a sparkling water machine, which is a plus."
"The area is close to Brussels Midi station, not very safety area, the nearby attraction “Hill gate “ is under renovation, visitors can’t go to top for viewing the city. Bathroom is very small, hard to turn around."
"Hotel was in a great location and just outside the grand place and center square, walking distance of about 8-10mins. I walked everywhere from this location and was convenient with subway tram nearby and easy access to and from the central station. The hotel foyer and entrance was large and welcoming, service staff were helpful, there was also a gym on premise. The hotel room was a little dated and old although fairly large. The bathroom was fairly old and could need an upgrade soon although was functional and clean. The door and walls were thin and I could hear the doors slamming all the time (from guests coming in and out of their rooms) at all hours and in the morning, I got woken up by the cleaning lady vacuuming and always hitting the sides of the wall which was a little irritating. On one of the late evenings, I could hear the couple in the next room ****** *** as she was ******* ******. So yes, the walls/ceiling are thin."

Great
FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

区区1. The location is very good, very close to the Grand Plaza! Within 5 minutes walk from Brussels Central Station, you can see the arched gallery gallery next to the ibis, and the small entrance to the left hand side is the hotel entrance. 2. Although the breakfast is simple but it is good to eat, strictly check in at 15 o'clock, you can store your luggage first. The front desk staff was not very enthusiastic, but the attitude was good. 3. The room is dry and wet. This is very convenient, but it may be that the room is just in the side street (not in the arcade). It feels that the bathroom is as big as the room, and the sense of space is not particularly large. 4. During my stay with my friends, there is no elevator service on the second floor. If the room is arranged on the second floor, I have to take the luggage upstairs from the back stairs of the fire escape. For the guests with big luggage, I feel It's amazing! Of course you can ask the staff for help.

GGuest UserStayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

AAnonymous UserCheck in was fast and friendly. The dorm and common rooms were very clean (cleaned daily). Even though the bed had metal frames is was not making noises and very comfortable. Additionally to the en suite bathroom there were more on the hallway and I never had to wait. Only thing is the noise from the street was pretty loud even at night when the windows are opened. Its about 10min walk to the Grand Place.

MMei ChanWe stayed at Hilton Brussels Grand Place for 11 nights, and while the location really is unbeatable—right across from Central Station and so convenient for exploring the city—there were quite a few things that left me a little disappointed, especially considering the price.
Housekeeping was the biggest letdown. It was inconsistent from day to day—some days we came back to no towels, no bath mat, or bins left unemptied. On the eve of our checkout, there was no housekeeping at all. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but it felt like we were just forgotten. For a hotel like Hilton, I expected more consistency and care.
The gym also didn’t live up to expectations. It felt neglected—messy, not well looked after, and missing basic things like lighter dumbbells (no 2kg or 3kg options at all). After daylight saving time changed, the clock on the wall wasn’t adjusted, and the water at the gym wasn’t replenished. Small things, but they added up and made it feel like the space wasn’t managed with guests in mind.
I really wanted to love the stay. The location and comfort of the room were great, and that’s why it’s all the more disappointing when the basics fall through. Hopefully, these are things the hotel can look into—it wouldn’t take much to turn a good stay into a great one.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in front of the central trai station, so it's very convenient, but the surroundings of the hotel are not so good.
We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because the price was very expensive, but you have many breakfast options at the train station.
The front desk was very helpful.
GGuest UserSo much potential let down by poor management. We’ve stayed in over 200 hotels, and this is the first to charge a fee for a baby cot/crib (at €35!). This was requested to be placed in our room at arrival. We arrived at 1pm and after chasing relentlessly, the only placed it in our room at 9pm. Staff are very rude too. Mentioned nothing about WiFi, breakfast, location of room. Just throw a key at you without a smile and turn away.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!
