It is really an amazing hotel . Location is perfect and almost all attractions can be reached on foot . Rooms are clean and beds are so soft. You also can find some toiletries (that is actually good because some hotels don’t have it ) .Breakfast was so delicious, and actually quite big choice of different dishes. In the evening you actually don’t need to look for some restaurant or the bar because you can already find it on the first floor of hotel ( but if course it’s quite in room so no worries). Definitely will return to this hotel .

One little point was the lamp for the mirror at the washing box, which was hanging too low. (Dysfunction make up when the lamp is hanging before your face) And another missing was a lack of clothing box, so it was more difficult if you sleep for more than one or two days.
The bed was beautiful, the shower was good, the kitchen was well equipped for coffee and tea.
The location was perfect, walking distance from the Great Market and a good food options nearby!

I like the location, as it is very close to shops and easy to get around the town without a car. Also, the staff are friendly, and I had a lovely stay.

Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply.
We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid.

The best thing about the hotel was the buffet, everything was freshly made and of good quality. If you want something else that they don't have, you can ask without any problem and they will surely be able to do it for you.
As for the cleaning service, it was a disaster. The kid stained the bed with bread crumbs and when they came back all they had done was make the bed, not even shake the bed. The crumbs that we had to throw on the floor stayed there for the 3 days of our stay because nobody swept them up… So I don't want to think about whether they changed our sheets or not when the baby wet himself… (although I put a note warning about it).
For a 4 star NH… the 2 Spanish channels were pretty bad…
And they can't even boast of having a 24 hour gym open when you want to go down one day and they tell you that it's not open until 8:30 that day…
The location and the staff are perfect!!

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to
Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. Breakfast was decent nonetheless hope can add an egg to the meal :) No complaints at all! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As always, Marriott is comfortable and well served. Cozy and comfortable beds and bed linen. The parking lot is located under the building and you can take the elevator from it directly to the hotel lobby

Having to change my travel plans last minute was a challenge but I'm glad to have had the opportunity to stay at the Warwick in Brussels. The check in was seamless and the concierge staff was welcoming with the whole check in process. The only thing that was off was the entertainment system that wasn't plugged in and setup in the room so I had to trouble shoot the tv

The location of the hotel is simply great, right in the city center and less than 100 meters from the Grand Place in Brussels. We took the train from Luxembourg and got off at the Central Station. It is less than 50 meters away from the hotel. The location is excellent.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

BBonikwokThe location of hotel is super! You can reach all places on foot only.
Room is so big which we never expected.
It’s super clean.
Though it’s located at the grand place, but it’s quite during sleeping.
Nothing can complain while you could hv a drink at the square and just walking back.
So disappointing that we just stayed one night.
We would sure come back again! It’s my favourite hotel now.

GGuest UserI booked it last minutes after my meeting ended very late. I was tired and decided to book nearby hotel. I surprised on the place because it was neat. I didn't try the breakfast. The location and cleanliness is superb. The only thing minus is the gym. Its not the hotel fault but the odor left from people there was not nice. Probably an airfreshner can be provided.

EEMWhen we enter the room, there’s a terrible smell like “old” or not cleaned well, The shower curtain was broken, there was a strange door (which we dont know going where in the room), the aircon is TERRIBLE! Not working well, and the door from the hallway is very hard to open. We had a very bad stay in this hotel.

SSunnyBlueIt's not too far from the station, and it's quiet at night in a business district.
The room is not large, but it is clean, has a microwave oven and tableware, and seems to be okay for long-term stays.

GGuest UserThe overall stay was good with very warm welcome and tourist advice from the front desk staff (Martina) and the welcome drink corner.
However, there are a few things that we wish the hotel could improve. First, the shower area is highly slippery. Thought the floor material for the shower area is not right for that purpose.
Second, when we checked out, we asked the front desk staff (new ones that we haven’t met before) to help call a taxi for our family to the train station. The staff said the taxi should arrive in 20 min. After waiting for 20min, passing the time when the taxi should have arrived, we asked the staff to check the status of the taxi. Then the staff told us that the taxi would not come and there was no commitment from the taxi driver to take the order and advised us to call Uber by ourselves. We were astonished and disappointed as they should have told us earlier about the unreliability of calling a taxi. As the Uber required another 15min of wait, to make sure we could catch the train, we walked with our kids and heavy luggage all the way to the train station in a rainy and windy day!

GGuest UserI booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise, the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, mushrooms, baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine, toast, cereals, yogurt, fruit and pastries with water, fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea, coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are, lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

JJoe the world citizenI often stay in this hotel because it’s only across the street from the Brussels midi train station which is very convenient for me as I came to Brussels by train. It comes with breakfast and this time they did not even check the room number. The breakfast selection is quite good. They also have locker room for the luggages. To go to the city center, there is tram and metro. It only takes 25 min by walking.

GGuest UserWe stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

LLeonieA good location, beautiful large room with refrigerator and coffee/tea facilities. A little less point was that housekeeping at 9.30 hour and 9.45 hour came to ask when we left (checkout is only at 11.00 hour ....)
