I really enjoyed the time here. The bed is super comfy, wish I had more time to spend on it.

Breakfast was very nice, room was alright too. Perfect for a short 1 or 2 day stay.

Good, next to the Berlaymont building, the room is very clean and tidy, I chose this one for a long time and it is very cost-effective

The room is small, the facilities are old, and the bathroom drains slowly. The entrance and exit of the parking lot are very small, and it is inconvenient to enter and exit. The hotel is in the Brussels low-emission zone, and you need a permit to drive in, otherwise you will be fined 150 euros. The location is a bit remote. Other aspects are good.

Senior members upgraded the room, the breakfast environment was good and the dishes were rich. It is very close to the Economic Commission for Europe.

A nice hotel, just next to the EU headquarters, just a few hundred meters away from Brussels Airport by bus. The room is spacious and comfortable, clean and tidy, the service is very thoughtful and warm, and the breakfast is also good.

My room was on the main road and quite noisy, Carpet and fittings looking a bit tired. Good Breakfast and lovely efficient waiters.

Clean modern rooms, nice breakfast, good range of facilities and friendly staff.

Convenient location, all the standard benefits of a chain hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lot of vegetarian options. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff responded promptly to requests. There are plenty of food options within 2/5 min. Of walking distance. Well connected transport wise.

This was a good hotel - it had all the amenities needed, including fridge, bathtub and a complimentary coffee machine. The location was great - right next to transportation and lots of dining options. Would recommend.

Location was great, 5 min to Schuman Metro/Train station or express bus to the airport. Rooms were a lacking in lighting, even with the shades fully open the desk area was a bit dark so would be nicer with more lighting. Little cafe at the front had all you need for a quick breakfast.

Central, right next to EU buildings, yet the old part of the hotel did not have workign internet and the eoom was dirty! After complaining twice at the reception, I got a free upgrade in the new part, where the internet worked. While I appreciate it, it should not have been that hard.

My boyfriend and i have been travelling around europe and this is undoubtedly the beat hotel we've stayed in so far. The staff was very friendly and the room was stunning. Only thing is that its not super close to central brussels but that gave us an excuse to rent the electric scooters (you also can definitely walk too, it just takes a little longer)
