The hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, right next to a shopping street. Facilities are beautifully designed, and they even provide Aesop amenities! Room was spacious and clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!

Hotel is in an amazing location. A short walk from pretty much everything. The hotel is recently renovated and stunning! It feels peaceful and relaxed inside and the breakfast service was wonderful even if a little busy and sometimes the kitchen is overwhelmed so you need to wait a little longer than usual.
The hotel is very new so they are still figuring out how all their systems work but overall they are doing a great job. I’m surprised at the low price compared to other hotels in Brussels and I hope the price and service stays the same in the future. I would definitely be back. The hotel makes you feel very luxurious!

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with careful design from the lobby to each floor and room. The toiletries in the room are Aesop brand, and the front desk staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, all the beauty was shattered when we went to the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. When we arrived at the restaurant, the two waitresses did not greet us or pay any attention to us. They just stood behind the bar and looked at us coldly. They did not motion for us to sit there. However, since there was only one customer in the restaurant at that time, we found a seat by ourselves. It was not until I went to the bar to get the food that she asked me for my room number to register. Before booking the hotel, I saw a review saying that the hotel breakfast was one of the breakfasts on the menu plus a buffet bar. I was told that this was no longer available. It has been changed to only a buffet breakfast, but there are only a few food choices. I was really disappointed.

Very gorgeous and beautiful hotel, very quiet and not noisy, beautiful public areas, gorgeous breakfast area, high ceilings and spacious rooms. But the facilities are not very modern and comfortable, it is OK for a short stay of one or two days. The breakfast is super unpalatable. The service is OK

The hotel is very exquisite and beautiful, but the room type on the first floor facing the street is very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you must not choose this room type. It will greatly affect your sleep quality. Everything else is good. The breakfast is also ok

New hotel. As soon as I arrived at the door, the staff helped me carry my luggage. They were very polite. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patiently translated English that we didn't understand. The room was a little small, but it was still very comfortable and clean. When you are away from home, a clean hotel is the most important thing
