We have a fully equipped kitchen, a combined dining and living room with smart tv, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and washer & dryer combo machine. You can catch a vibe and relax on our private side porch (which is accessed from the kitchen), people watch on the front porch or work from location in the bedroom with a dedicated work space. However you choose to vibe- we will get you started with coffee and tea which is provided at your arrival.BedroomsOur home sleeps 6 people—Bedroom 1 (Good Vibes) is equipped with a half bath, Queen size bed, closet, and charging side table. Bedroom 2 (Vintage Chic) is equipped with a Queen size bed, closet, smart tv, and side tables w/ charging lamps. Bedroom 3 (Hustle & Flow) is equipped with a Full size bed, smart tv, work desk and closet. The downtown area is as quirky as you would expect any area that is in the midst of old & new and it is safe. In fact a police officer resides just doors away. You are steps away from a convenience store, walking distance from a neighborhood deli and a short bike or car ride from downtown restaurants, bars and parks. Our home is a 10 minute drive to St. Simons Island or Jekyll Island.Guest accessYou will have access to the entire home. Our home is furnished with two outdoor cameras, security system (passcode will be given at check in) and front door key lock in which you will be given a unique code at checking.Other things to noteOn-site parking space for two cars are located in front of home. I have lived in the Golden Isles for 25+ years and I am a retired teacher with the Glynn County School System and a native of Guyana in South America. I love this area as it reminds me of Guyana. My beautiful home is 15 mins in either direction to both St. Simons and Jekyll Island and is within working distance to Historic Brunswick. The downtown area has a brewery and many restaurants and boutique stores. The area is very quiet and you can sit out on the deck and look up at the stars, bbq, or relax with a glass of wine. The kitchen has been remodeled and the master bedroom has an attached bathroom. Please treat my home as you would your own. My house rules are no loud parties or events of ANY kind this includes family reunions or weddings. We don't allow this due to liability for unauthorized people and we don't have proper zoning for outdoor weddings. This is a quiet family neighborhood and no pets. PLEASE notify us of any visitors that you will have. There is also a start supply of paper towels and bags in the kitchen. Upon arrival please use the front porch entrance and the key pad is located on the front door.
