Hotel Het Gheestelic Hof by CW Hotel Collection

This review is not of Hotel Het Gheestelikhof. When we headed to the hotel, there was a sign on the door (as of early February) that said "Due to renovations, we have arranged for you to stay at an alternative hotel." We were surprised that we hadn't been notified in advance, but the alternative hotel was only a 10-minute walk away. We were able to stay at the upgraded hotel without any issues or extra charges, but it would have been nice if they had at least informed us by email or something.

The hotel is very central in the city center, parking nearby We booked at the last minute because we changed our plans and we took the last room in this hotel and we had a tiny room of 11m2, no space and difficult to move around in the room on the ground floor and at the price of 150€ it is very expensive for this type of room and we take the room and we realize that the room was not going to suit us because it was hot and there is no air conditioning and we go back to see the receptionist and try if we can cancel the reservation that we have just booked 15 minutes before showing up at the hotel but the receptionist was not helpful and did not want to hear anything about our request and we insisted a little to speak to a manager to have a commercial gesture and this lady started to get carried away and spoke to us as if we were really exasperating her and she spoke to us badly and at all very kind to us really and did not want to do anything for find a solution for our request and spoke badly to us and I doubt that this lady is made to welcome tourists, she is not at all made for this job and in the end we left this hotel and we took another room and we left this room to our friends who found a big spider in the room 🥲!! A bad experience and I do not recommend this hotel especially for the service

The room is too small. If you have a large suitcase, you will definitely not be able to move it into the room. There is only a small walkway in the room and two people cannot walk together. However, the staff at the front desk are very friendly and kind, and provide free services. The coffee and biscuit snacks make travelers feel at home. The door to the room is wooden and is too stuck, making it difficult to open or close. The breakfast is very rich and varied

雖然看起來評分高，但是實際性價比確實太低 1.房子空間太小，我沒地方放行李箱，根本打不開。 2.廁所門用馬桶刷子的罐罐擋着，裏面還有水，不小心碰倒，水流到地上，就知道有多臟了。 3.房子隔音很差，隔壁房間，樓上走路都很清清楚楚。 4.床睡起來還算舒服

L'hôtel est idéalement situé entre la gare et le centre-ville. L'hôtesse est très gentille et accueillante. Tout était parfait !
