Un hotel perfecto para alojarte en Brujas. Es un hotel pequeño y muy acogedor. Especial mención al desayuno que está buenísimo y a la ubicación del hotel que está al lado de la Gran Plaza. Reservé una habitación individual, pequeña pero con todo lo necesario. Habitación muy tranquila y con una cama blandita muy cómoda. El personal fue muy atento en todo momento, hasta me dejaron alojarme antes de la hora. Muy recomendable.

Tout d’abord, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est à 3 min de la place markt ce qui permet de se déplacer principalement à pieds tout en étant libre. Pour ce qui est de l’accueil, nous avons était bien accueilli chaleureusement avec des point clés à visiter lors de Noël. Nous avons mis 4/5 à la propreté car la théière était sale de l’intérieur ! La chambre dans l’ensemble était propre, seule petit désagrément "pas de cache-sommiers".La Salle de bain est grande et propre avec disposition serviette petite et grande. Le déjeuner avec un large choix juste les boissons ne sont pas fraîches.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has plenty of character. The complimentary breakfast was always very well stocked and there was a surprising choice of cereals, breads, pastries and fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent - a stone's throw from the main square and walkable distance from most of the tourist attractions. We can't recommend Boterhuis Hotel highly enough :-)

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were all amazing and kind, providing great local suggestions in the area. The room was comfortable and clean- all beds were great in the triple room. The breakfast was delicious.

Really nice spacious room. Huge bathroom however they could have had a mat in tub, was very slippery. Breakfast included and was great, great location.

Great location. It was lovely. Unique. Spacious and fun. Our receptionist was fantastic. I think she felt sorry for us having to carry our luggage up two flights, so she did it! She could not have been more helpful with information and suggestions (in additon to worrying about us with the luggage). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
