Avoid this place,not honest , dirty rooms,no wifi , hair &dirts everwhere.insects runing on the room, not worth even 20€ ,I paid 126€ for 2 nights ,somewhere else in bruges more clean and cheaper.

Avoid this place! It is run down, dirty and no staff on hand. We stayed for one night and regretted it, the only good things are the free parking and it is quite close to Bruges centre. I have complained to the company and they offered me a 25 euro voucher to stay in another one of their properties, no thanks!

AVOID AT ALL COST! If I could rate this 0 stars I would, hotel is terrible! No staff present unless it’s between 4-8pm and when they are there they do not speak much English so don’t understand what you’re saying Room was stinking of bleach and cigarettes, hair strands on floor and bed spot of blood on the floor Bathroom door wouldn’t lock or even close for that matter Smoke alarm was not present- was later found shoved in a cupboard Floor is dirty Ceiling was a mess The list shall go on… When spoke to reception team she just shrugged her shoulders, no offer for another room or an apology! Also no offer of a refund when the room was clearly not safe to stay in! could die if there was a fire!!

The lady in reception was friendly and gave us a little leaflet with information about Bruges and the free WiFi and gave us our room key. (Did get sightly concerned that the police were in the hotel reception/breakfast room when we turned up!) . Stayed here only 1 night as a quick stopover in-between travelling to different countries. Payed €109 for a room with 1 double bed and 1 single. This was a steep price for what we got. Yes the bathroom was clean albeit needing a good update as picture show. The beds OK, clean towels provided. The floor was filthy I didn't take my shoes or socks for once until I got into bed. No kettle in our room. The room needs a good update as dated and looking very tired. If your a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. The road noice even at 2am was continuous (writing this at 2am due to the noise). I could hear people from below us banaging around all night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night!!!!!?? I certainly would not bring family's with children here. Much better places locally for the price what we paid. Yes it is close the Bruges centre it's self only a 10minute cycle ride. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Unfortunately we will not be booking here again.

My mate Andy loved his stay. In fact he didn’t stop talking about the hotel the whole time that he was there. He thought it was good value for money and ideal for a future visit to Brugge with his wife. He found the location great and only a short leisurely walk to many nearby amenities.

This hotel does not make up for its location and good wifi network. The hotel is old and abandoned in several aspects. The room: poorly cleaned, old furniture, dirty, hair, dust, poorly cleaned toilet! Spider under the bed… Air conditioning that hardly works and makes a broken ventilation noise. Reception-departure hours very limited because there is no one outside the short hours announced, in the event of a problem with the room upon late arrival, you will have to call the manager. The metal parts on the balconies are rusty. This hotel is dangerous if you come with children (did I tell you about the electrical wires visible under the tablet in the room?) The 15€ breakfast is overpriced for what is offered, how can we charge for that? Not to mention the price for a Friday/Saturday weekend, €217 for 2 nights…

Basic hotel at exorbitant price 200€ per night for my date. Cardboard door, very poorly maintained exterior and very basic room. Breakfast extra. The only advantage is that it is 10 minutes from the center of Bruges and has outdoor parking. Napkins with holes. Broken Velux window, it doesn't close.
