We really enjoyed our stay here. The reception from the staff was very friendly and the lady who created is spoke English very well. The room was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. We had a small garden where we could sit. The room had airconditioning and that was very nice because it was 32 C the weekend we were here. There is a good restaurants and shops in walking distance (10min). I only missed a rack do dry towles on. The beds are firm.

Short stay after a Day Phantasialand. On arrival we had to use the terminal, that was easy. Beds were comfortable, sofa was small and uncomfortable edges when leaving the bed. Shower was absolute great! The kitchenette in the room came in very handy.

Nice hotel near Phantasialand and Keulen. Lots of room for a family of four, including kitchenette and nice bathroom. We enjoyed our stay.

Über das Hotel gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen. Leider hatten wir Pech mit unseren Nachbarn im selben Flur. Nachts wurde Party gefeiert, bei offenen Türen.

Sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt. Alles perfekt. Man merkt, dass die Mitarbeitenden 'Ownership' haben. Schön wäre noch, wenn es Frühstück geben würde.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer Superior mit Küchenzeile und großem Bad. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Viel Platz im Zimmer und Bad.

Heel net apart hotel. Inchecken na de uren ging erg vlot. Parkeren aan 10 EUR in een ruime, ondergrondse parking. De kamers waren zeer ruim en proper. Qua decoratie zou er wel iets meer sfeer mogen zijn. De bedden waren uitstekend, een kleine keuken en er was een ruime, zeer propere badkamer aanwezig. Ook hadden we een terrasje. Op ongeveer 1 km is een Lidl. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor Phantasialand. We komen terug!

War alles top!!! Sehr sauber, hygienisch und eine tolle Ausstattung!! Wir sind von dort aus ins Phantasialand und haben dort übernachtet am nächsten Tag.. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir im atrium!!
