The hotel is just fine, nothing to really rave about. Overall standard European hotel room. The breakfast was fine fruits, vegetables, eggs and sausage. I checked out later in the day my final day and was working in my room. Once checked out of my room they allowed me to work from a private space in the lobby, that was nice. There are a few spaces to park outside next to the hotel. However, if those are full you have to park in the garage at a rate of 10 Euros per night.

We had a unpredicted stop over at this place in Austria, we were returning from Croatia, and we had a flat tyre and had to stay over night in this hotel. for a single night and the feel of the Hotel was good.

We chose this hotel as a half-way stop between Innsbruck and Vienna, and we did not regret it! It was easy to find, nestled on part of the old town ramparts in a quiet side street overlooking the river. Private parking garage and convenient parking just outside the entrance. The building is desgined in "late functionalism" style, probably from the 1950's or 1960's, but well kept both outside and inside. Nice, large room on the 5th floor with all the necessary amenities. Excellent breakfast buffet!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Sehr nah am Stadtzentrum. Leider gibt es KEINE gratis Parkplätze ( wie sie angepriesen werden). Reinigung hinter der Toilettetüre lässt zu wünschen. Das Frühstück ist gut aber begrenzt Auswahl (Mehlspeisen) Gebäck am Samstag war schon älter. Das Essen am Abend war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Fleisch zeh, Fisch und Hörnchen nicht so tolle Kombi.

Wir hatten unser 50-jähriges Maturatreffen in diesem Hotel, die Vorzeichen klangen gut, das Service (Rezeption und Restaurant) war sehr gut und sehr aufmerksam. Doch mehreres war doch zu bemängeln: 1. Ein Abendessen am Samstagabend gab es nur ab 18 Personen (obwohl tags darauf eine Werbung ab 10 Personen zu sehen war), die Qualität des Buffets war bescheiden (Schweinsbraten fast kalt, Lachsfilet totgekocht und hart), nur das vegetarische Gericht und die Desserts waren gut. 2. Ein Weißwein-Spritzer mit jeder Menge Weinstein im Glas wurde trotz Reklamation nicht ausgetauscht. (Habe ich noch nirgends erlebt!!) 3. In meiner Badewanne lag der Seifenspender am Boden (offenbar war die Halterung an der Wand defekt). 4. Für das Laden eines E-Autos muss man in die Garage fahren, den Strom bezahlen und extra EUR 10 Garagengebühr. Alles in allem für ein 4-Stern-Haus gerade noch befriedigend, aber mehr nicht!!

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Leicht zugänglich. Von der Tiefgarage gelangen Sie direkt zur Rezeption. Die Stockwerke sind mit einem Aufzug erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Highlight: Das Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent!

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber mit einer guten Schlafqualität. Das Frühstücks Buffet ist perfekt, mit großer Auswahl, einfach ein sehr nettes Hotel.
