We had one night here on our way going south. It is placed on the outskirts of Bruchsal( 30 min to walk I believe) - more in an industrial area. Quiet surrounds - (saturday night). Good parking in the garage Very nice staff - especially the lady in the reception on arrival. Good breakfast If you like Chinese food - it is about 3-400 meters walk from the hotel. We went and the food was good. Good choice

Zimmer frisch renoviert, vernünftiges Frühstück, gute Verkehrsanbindung, freundliches Personal. Rundherum ein solides Hotel. Abgesehen davon befinden sich die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gerade in der Renovierung und wären danach somit auch frisch renoviert und sehr ansehnlich

Für diesen Preis in Ordnung. Klimaanlage wäre im Sommer durchaus hilfreich, da man bei offenem Fenster durch den Lärm im Industriegebiet nicht schlafen kann. Das Personal war durchaus freundlich. Negativ ist, dass die Beschreibung auf der Webseite nicht der tatsächlichen Ausstattung entspricht. Hier wird u.a. mit einem Fitness Raum geworben - dieser existiert zum Bsp. nicht.

Der schlechteste Service, den ich eh erlebt habe! Nach dem Parken direkt vot der Hoteltür wurde mir über die Fa. Parkdepot ein Strafzettel über 40,00€ geschickt. Die direkten Parkplätze scheinen irritierenderweise nicht zum Hotel zu gehören. Die Rezeption hätte in Kenntnis der Wohnadresse fragen können, ob man mit dem Auto (oh Wunder) angereist ist und in der hoteleigenen Garage parken möchte, denn die Benutzung die DIREKTER Parklätze wird einen Strafzettel iHv 40,00€ nach sich ziehen. Auf Nachfrage beim Hotel flippte die Rezeptionistin komplett aus, schrie laut und legte den Hörer auf. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass es andere Gäste mitgekriegt haben. Eine unglaubliche Erfahrung mit dem schlechtesten Service Deutschlands. Darüber hinaus - aber das war das kleinere Übel - war die Übernachtung in dem Hotel aufgrund fehlender Klimaanlage und den Wetterverhältnissen unmöglich. Das Hotel ist NIEMALS 3 Sterne wert.

Wir brauchten eine günstige Unterkunft und keinen Luxus. Wir fanden es OK. Die Dame am Empfang war freundlich, alles war vorbereitet und ging schnell. Taxi in die Innenstadt ca 7 Minuten. Wir hatten keinen Schimmel oder Gestank. Nur in die Garage würde ich jetzt nicht gerade mit meinem Hummer fahren… Die Einfahrt ist ziemlich abenteuerlich.
