Brownwood Hotels with Swimming Pools

Over all not bad. Hotel was clean and room was nice. Two reasons I did not rate everything as excellent. First, the first shift front desk person was VERY rude. The young lady displayed poor customer service when you asked her a question. The old lady who came in for the evening shift was great. She was friendly and very attentive. Finally, breakfast was a wash. The waffle maker was out of service. The hotel was across the street from Walmart!!! Why not just go get a another one? Still, we may use this location again in the future.

It was very clean and quiet. Customer service was good and the breakfast had a nice variety of items.
