Its a crack hotel don't stay here!!!! I checked in with my family and walked right out. Left to check in somewhere else and the manager won't give me a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Its trash!! the halls and the lobby smelled like straight pounds and the 3rd floor like all kinds of smoke!!!!

Ocho was so accommodating when I need help with getting food late at night! We work late and many places close, but ocho was able to help me when I thought every option was closed. He was timely and patient!

The room was nice and staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family! The sheets and everything were clean. The room smelled good even though it was a smoking room. The next time I visit I will be staying here!

I don’t know where to begin. • The room is dirty. • They didn’t have clean towels. • They have a signed that says rooms are only clean every two weeks. • Shower has mold all over the wall, very. Unhealthy. • The sheets smell & they seem to be dirty. By far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in my 40 years, will not ever be booking here again. They need to shut it down. Very unhealthy, I should call the health depar**ent.

The service at the front desk was exceptional . I have been her before and the building and cleanings have improved dramatically .. I will definitely come back to the WSS in Brownsville Texas home of the space x projects.Thanks to the staff and friendly people once again
