The brick house is covered with wood exterior, providing good acoustics and a good indoor climate year round. The decor is light and flavourful. The kitchen is open to the living room where the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed from the dining and sofa area. The house has 2 large bedrooms and a smaller room with two single beds. The bathroom has underfloor heating, sauna and whirlpool. Guest toilet, located in connection to one of the bedrooms, has shower and underfloor heating and constitutes a genuine adult department. The decor is light and bright. The design of the has focus on the incoming light, and the result has been large windows facing south and west, making living rooms exceptionally bright and appealing and very comfortable to stay in. The covered terrace can be accessed directly from the living room, and, of course, invites to outdoor life like sunbathing, fun around the grill or just plain relaxation. The plot lies undisturbed by the other traffic in the area.
