Room is just ok but comfortable. Parking was limited due areas being taped off. Had to park next door at the Waffle House.

I like the location and quality of this hotel so it’s my choice when I’m in Lafayette. Normally, booking through Travelocity is a breeze but I’m a Wyndham honors member so I figured I’d call the hotel directly so I could earn points for my stay. The man I talked to was so rude and pushed so hard to charge me $60 more than using Travelocity that I filed a complaint with corporate.

When we were checking in an entire baseball team of 8 yrs old were also checking in. Brandy, the desk clerk, was professional, efficient, calm and very welcoming. She made the " first impression" a good one. A valuable employee for sure. I used to be in HR, she is a keeper.

Arrived at 430(check in at 3) and was unable to be put in a room along with many others as they were not ready. The staff did not seem prepared.

Everything was great, very clean, good breakfast, beds comfy rooms roomy. Only wish there was a hot tub after long day of driving. Would highly recommend and would stay there again
