Rooms have no phones or room service, no wifi and very simple bathrooms. Beds were comfy and AC worked well. Ordering drinks was painful: always taking forever, even just for a can of pop. Any caipirinhas or alcoholic drinks took over 15mins. Dont be fooled by all the attractions (zip line, paintball, arborism) as they are NOT allowed without their guides. Problem is, we stayed there 5 days and their guided program never included these more fun activities. Instead, the guides were mostly organizing small activities with kids (games, pool dances, etc) Pool table was always locked (“due to covid”, we were told) and yet restaurant was packed, with lines for food every meal. Check out was messy: keys cant be left in room, uou must hand back a crappy paper bag (that was handed to us on day one), and all paid for at check out, we weren’t allowed to leave until cleaners “checked” the room. In our case, it took more than 30mins to check out.

Ótimo hotel para crianças com recreação muito boa, tanto para elas, quanto para os adultos. Restaurante com boas refeições. A piscina coberta e aquecida é excelente. Viveiros com aves, quadras, observatório são atrações excelente para as crianças. Gostamos muito e voltaremos.

Minha experiência no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde a recepção até o último dia, tudo foi impecável. A estrutura é excelente, os quartos confortáveis e a equipe extremamente atenciosa. Gostaria de destacar especialmente os monitores da recreação, que fizeram toda a diferença na estadia! Lão, Thaís, Lara, Coró, Kauan Lourenço, Kauã, Murilinho e Mega foram incríveis — super divertidos, animados e sempre com muita energia para entreter adultos e crianças. A responsável pela monitoria, Débora, também foi extremamente competente e atenciosa. Voltaria com certeza e recomendo muito para quem quer descansar e se divertir ao mesmo tempo. Parabéns a toda a equipe!

Hotel ótimo para família com crianças. As acomodações são simples mas o atendimento é muito bom. Desde a recepção, restaurante e camareiras, todos muito gentis e atenciosos. O ponto forte são os monitores! Excelentes! Tia Mimi e tios TH, Coró e Kauã arrasaram! Só a equipe já dá conta com tanta criatividade e a infra do hotel pra brincadeiras ainda complementa a experiência das crianças! Pra nota superior ficam algumas sugestões: melhorar a infra do apartamento com criados mudos, abajures, bancos para apoiar mala e melhorar a copinha do bebê com a limpeza e abastecimento de frutas.

Tios Mandraka, mimi, tartaruga, mega, cascão Lao e burca foram maravilhosos, super simpáticos, responsáveis, enfim voltaremos. Culinária maravilhosa, todos atenciosos, a chefe de cozinha fez um prato especial pra mim, sem ao menos eu precisar pedir, a responsável pelo restaurante sem palavras para ela, simplesmente maravilhosa. Parabéns para todos. Uma única sugestão é colocar mais banheiros pelo hotel, deixar a academia aberta e liberar mais toalhas. De resto estava tudo perfeito.

Desde o contato via WhatsApp para reserva e em toda estadia, pessoas muito simpáticas, acolhedoras e que corresponderam a tudo que foi combinado. A comida uma delicia, almoco e jantar temático. O quarto grande , bom chuveiro, boa cama, sempre limpo. Espaço externo enorme, realmente uma fazenda no tamanho e na experiência. Tem algumas piscinas externas 2 delas climatizadas outras geladas. Porem a lagoa encantada é realmente aqeucida e muito agradavel e um lindo visual. Os recreadores sao incríveis, fazem as criancas se enturmarem, sao carinhosos, prestativos ,pontuais e cuidados, todos sao ótimos mas a tia Mimi ganhou nosso coração. Criamos lindas memórias em familia, meu filho de 5 anos amou e curtiu muito. Indico e pretendo voltar.

Passamos 3 dias em férias de família e adoramos a estrutura do local, equipe de monitoria muita animada e acolhedora. Limpeza e quartos bons. Restaurante ótimo com muitas opções de alimentos e sobremesas deliciosas, jantares temáticos. Piscinas climatizadas e a lagoa encantada é muito legal e quentinha.
