The personnal were welcome. Very good information on how to arrive at the hotel. Beautiful walking paths to fantastic waterfalls. The ofuro was perfect for a romantic night outdoors. Loved the breakfast. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Foi maravilhosa estadia um final de semana indescritível, voltaremos com certeza, muito conforto e requinte, natureza exuberante com trilhas e cachoeiras, gastrononia saborosa do café da manhã almoço lanches na piscinas de borda infinita, drinks no bar molhado e local exclusivo.

Fiquei completamente encantada com o Cossorova Hotel Boutique! O lugar é simplesmente deslumbrante, cercado por uma natureza exuberante que transmite paz e tranquilidade. Os chalés são extremamente confortáveis, combinando perfeitamente com o clima acolhedor do local. Os funcionários são um destaque à parte: sempre prestativos, simpáticos e prontos para tornar a experiência ainda mais especial. Agradecimento especial para Bruna, que nos acompanhou na tirolesa e arvorismo. Além disso, o hotel oferece uma ótima estrutura de lazer, com piscina, trilhas e áreas para relaxar. É o lugar perfeito para quem busca descanso, romantismo ou momentos em família. Sem dúvidas, superou minhas expectativas! Já estou planejando minha próxima visita.

Novamente estivemos no Cassorova Hotel Boutique. Pela primeira vez no réveillon. A festa foi maravilhosa. Com fogos silenciosos para não alterar o ambiente de natureza que o local proporciona. A equipe é muito educada e fui bem servido inclusive com minhas restrições ao glúten, pois sou celíaco. Os bangalôs são super novos, com piscina privativa e vista ímpar. Foi a inauguração do Exclusive paradise, espaço com cachoeira e piscina aquecida exclusiva para os hóspedes. Voltaremos sempre!!!!!

Hotel condiz com proposto! Acomodação maravilhosa, desde roupas de cama até a limpeza dos aptos! Café da manhã, refeições, drinks, excelentes. Pratos muito bem executados e com sabor delicioso. Funcionários respeitosos, prontos ao atendimento tanto no hotel quanto no parque, que por sinal possui uma piscina de borda infinita aquecida imensa e deliciosa. Possui 2 cachoeiras com trilhas muito bem conservadas de fácil acesso. O parque todo muito bem conservado e com áreas de descanso junto à natureza que nos traz uma paz… Foram dias de descanso, tranquilidade que passamos e com certeza retornaremos em breve Gratidão equipe Cassorova Hotel Boutique
