It was one of that terrible experience where I won’t again book Motel for travel. There was no microwave in room. I stayed for 2 days and got microwave just 3 hours before Check-out. Very bad communication skill and doesn’t reply when need help, they snores if you call at night. There is no main bulb or tubelight in room. Just 2 lamp light. I was in room 8. Please pay more to stay in better location to experience better.

This was the worst ever place in my entire life. Dirty towels, dirty linens, stain in the hand towel m, bath towel. It was a non Smokey room but no difference with the smoking room. I had to leave the place very very dirty. Do not rent this place, this place has to disappear.

Room was smelling musty. No wifi in the room. In description showed housekeeping service. Actually requesting money for cleaning. Overall experience was terrible

Room 14 we were originally checked into had beat up floors, patched comforter, one working light and smelled musty. Dirty towels hanging up behind bathroom door. We had originally called to switch rooms they said there was nothing left. When an hour later we went to the front desk asking about checking out a room some how became available. It was okay so we stayed. The place could be cute with a lot of TLC. At least the toilet paper wasn't cheap. No washcloths were provided, there were signs about insect prevention on the doors to all rooms and a sign inventorying the towels and the cost if they were stolen. I wasn't expecting the Hilton obviously, it was a place to sleep and we couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning.

We had a very disappointing stay at this property. The toilet in our room was not functioning properly — the water was flowing out, creating an unhygienic and uncomfortable situation. When we requested a room change, the staff member refused unless we paid an extra $70, which was unacceptable given it was a maintenance issue.
Eventually, around 11 PM, he offered us another room, but it was in terrible condition with a strong unpleasant smell.
This was a frustrating and stressful experience, especially late at night. Poor customer service and unacceptable room conditions. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will certainly not return.

I wouldn't say the place is terrible, after all it's very economical; but a few things can be improved and wouldn't cost much: shower head, a working remote for cable box, thermostat (it's a couple degrees Celcius off too warm), tub drain, a few hooks in washroom. Bed is firm for me to rest so that's a good thing.

poor quality room
The room is really not up to date. The air conditioning doesn't work. There's a lack of light in the room and outside. The shower water doesn't flow well. The bed sheet has holes in it. I don't recommend it.
