My partner really enjoyed this hotel. He slept for over 12 hours.. haha that explains the whole story. The swimming pool was really nice too so we had fun in the morning. Also they give you water bottle. Nice hotel to stay over if you are visiting around.

Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

I had a amazing time, my room was on the 39th floor, spectacular views as promised. My room was spaces and the aesthetics will have me coming back for more!!!

Don't choose this hotel when you come to Philadelphia. Although the City Hall is downstairs, it is very crowded at night. The lobby on the first floor is a bar, which is a bit chaotic and there is no rest atmosphere. The lobby, corridors, and rooms are not very clean. The floor of the room is sticky and it is dim even when the lights are turned on. In short, it feels like living in a bar that has not been cleaned well. It is recommended to choose a hotel near Independence Park, where the overall environment is cleaner and tidier. I don't like the area around City Hall. The hotel basically has no service. The hotel is next to the City Hall! Opposite is the cinema ~ There seemed to be many celebrities coming and going in the evening bar activities haha ~ There was a handsome middle-aged man at the front desk who had lived in China for 6 years. He spoke great Chinese and checked in in Chinese 😎 The bed in the room was very comfortable!
