Room was clean, breakfast was reasonable. Had some billing needs that front desk provided great follow up and assistance on. Just passing through on a road trip, I would stay again. FYI as a note there is a small "Safe w/ltd Warranty" fee (++ tax) on the bill at checkout. This was not previously mentioned anywhere, at checkin or my confirmation from Choice Hotels. If you do not use the safe in your room, let front desk know and they will remove this fee. Honestly I don't even remember a safe in my room, but didn't need to use one anyways...

Room had a moldy smell so we slept with the window open and the location is noisy. Large pickup trucks without a trailer parked sideways in parking spots filled the area in front of the hotel. Beds were mediocre at best and breakfast was a waffle machine and dried out bread goods. We had a waffle and went out for breakfast to get real food. Thought the price was too good to be true and I was right.

Stayed here for two nights with my three kids. The location is perfect, safe & quiet. The breakfast was great & the staff were friendly. The beds were very cozy. Our stay would've been good if our room was clean, BUT: Our room was dirty, the carpet looked like it needed to be vacuumed & shampooed. There was a bug on the side of one of the beds. The air conditioner was broken. Our comforters/blankets had stains on them, which grossed me out. The bathroom countertop also had stains on it, so I didn't want to set anything down on it. The sink was dirty, too. There were footprints in the bathtub and the water in it wasn't drained. The shower curtain was made out of fabric, so water would go through it and onto the floor. Also, there were no rugs on the bathroom floor to catch the water. Lastly, the peephole on our room's door had been installed wrong. When I looked through my room's peephole from the outside I could clearly see the inside of our room.
