My rating is actually 2 1/2. There was no option for half a start so I selected an 2.
Everything was clean. I think the rooms were a bit outdated for the price . Especially since the lobby was so updated. The furniture in my room was scratch and dent. The microwave barely worked. The hot plate didn’t even turn. I think if you are going to update the lobby then the rooms should match. Parking was AWAY from the building. Parking was up a hill and behind lots of bushes and trees. At night this is not good. It was totally separate from the hotel. There was not adequate lighting outside on the walkway from the parking lot and garage back to the hotel. It was raining when we stayed there and there was no covered walkway to get from the parking lot or garage back to the hotel. Again, the price was too much for this type of experience and setup. It was clean though. I’ll give them that. But the price needs to come down and an attached parking area would be nice and more safer.

The property was in an easy location with ample parking. The staff was friendly and polite. We had an issue with our shower, but other wise a fine stay. A shout out to Fred at the front desk for his cheerful personality and bring on top of things.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. No hello no good morning. She just told me straight up. Your room is not ready. You have to come back around 4 o’clock to check in. Please train your employee to have good behaviors.

This Hilton needs some minor upgrades. The Directv was freezing up every 2 minutes which got to be annoying. The tvs need to be updated with Netflix and a menu screen for the hotel. It is located right off the interstate, and the traffic can be heard roaring by all night long. Not one of the best HH I have stayed at. I won’t be staying here again.

there was no option to extend the curtains to cover the window. as a result of that sunlight was continuously coming inside the room.
Second thing is, someone put the "do not disturb" sign outside the door so as a result of that housekeeping was not done. i left the hotel early in the morning and came back at around 5 pm and by that time housekeeping would probably be gone.

The stay was great except for the fact that charge $12.95 up 16.95 for breakfast and nothing is fancy about I’ve received breakfast from other hotels for free and offered more than what this hotel offers for breakfast.

The property is very clean and nice. We were on the backside of the property and the noise from the interstate was quite loud.
